Josh is an outstanding trainer, Out of all of the trainers in Chino Hills he is single-handedly the most experienced, and the most fit overall. I would only Recommend Josh to be anyone’s trainer, Young or old.

I’ve been training with Josh for about three months now on a recomp plan, and the progress I’ve made in such a short time has honestly impressed me. My strength has increased significantly—I recently hit 105 lbs on RDLs, which I never thought I’d be able to do! But beyond the physical results, what makes Josh stand out is who he is as a trainer and a person.
Josh is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and you can tell right away that he genuinely cares about your goals. He takes the time to educate me about my eating habits and what I should be focusing on when it comes to nutrition—not in a preachy way, but in a way that makes it feel sustainable and achievable. I never feel like I’m guessing with him. He’s always checking in to make sure I’m informed and aligned with the plan.
On top of that, he’s just a great person to talk to. Our sessions are not only productive but also fun—he’s a great conversationalist, and that really helps make the workouts something I look forward to. He’s also super responsive and always available to answer questions, even outside of sessions, which says a lot about how invested he is in his clients.
One thing I really admire is that Josh is also working toward his own goals, which makes the whole journey feel more like a partnership. He leads by example, and that’s inspiring to be around.
If you’re looking for a trainer who truly knows what he’s doing, holds you accountable, and supports you every step of the way, I can’t recommend Josh enough. I’m excited to keep growing under his guidance.

Josh is one of the best trainers you could possibly have if you are new to working out and fitness. I have zero experience in the gym and was beginning my weight loss journey and Josh has been there every step of the way not only in the gym, but outside the gym. Josh is such a great trainer! Best one in chino/chino hills . I’ve worked with a couple other trainers but if you want real results and someone to push you - he is your guy . He is very flexible with session hours which is also a plus ( as I have a crazy schedule ) . He provides really great feedback and overall advice for a healthier life style :)
