We’re not like those “big box” gyms you see all over, where you’re left to fend for yourself in a sea of confusing machines, hyperactive 20-somethings, and an indifferent staff. Full Circle Fitness provides one-on-one attention in small group training with peer support and the enthusiastic guidance of one of our coaches, who are all experts at training people over 50. Our studio is bright, clean and comfortable. Our workouts are safe and effective, and our members are like family to us. We have fun, and we support each other.

Full Circle Fitness (FCF) is, hands down, the best health and fitness program I've ever joined. A long time, dissatisfied, big-box gym member, I walked into FCF 6 years ago and never looked back!! This program is personalized, professional and pointed towards setting and meeting goals. Rosa and her skilled, caring staff make it their business to know the needs and abilities of each and every client. Sessions are offered both in-person and virtual, to meet all comfort levels. The small-group format - limited to 6 participants per class - is a big part of what makes this place so special. A full service program that covers all aspects of wellness, participants have access to fitness classes, Pilates, Tai Chi, yoga and personalized health assessments, as well as other activities such as weekend hikes, book club discussion groups, health and wellness classes and so much more. If you're like me, personal health wasn't high on my radar for a long long time. Full Circle Fitness (FCF), their instructors, other clients, and my family showed me I was wrong.
FCF is a local studio that offers small group and video sessions focusing on balance, mobility, strength and flexibility. They are "functional aging specialists" that really provide a personal experience.
60 plus life years on I had no idea how much I neglected my flexibility and balance as I focused on my career. Retirement wasn't looking like I had hoped or envisioned, I was tired, stiff, lots of aches and pains, and I complained ALOT.
It took some time, a commitment to improve myself and a push from loved ones. I'm not quite 2 years into this self-improvement journey and I feel better now than at any time in the last 20 years thanks to Full Circle Fitness and their amazing staff.
I'm reminded of a saying I heard some time ago, "If I knew I was going to live this long I'd have taken better care of myself". I'm living proof it's never too late feel better.
I can't think of a better gift for yourself than health.

Here we are a few more years down the line and im actually feeling pretty good physically and mentally. The coaches are great at recognizing each of our fitness levels and pushing us to continue to move and get stronger. My morning sessions are coached by Mike Ramsey. Friday's class was good. I was definitely feeling it after using the gliders and the hollow hold and roll overs are hard (for now). The sessions are designed to get you moving. They are more mental than you'd think getting everything moving together to do a single task like rolling over. Mike, thanks for keeping things interesting and hanging in there with us.

Rickye is very patient when explaining or re-explaining a particular exercise. She also always makes class fun which keeps all of us motivated to keep coming back for more "torture"! Actually, it's not that bad. You can go at your own pace and opt out of an exercise if it causes pain or discomfort. I always enjoy my sessions with her.

I highly recommend Full Circle Fitness. The coaches are kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable about working out correctly and safely. Classes are small, so you get a highly personalized experience.
I love classes with Rickye. She pays close attention while we are moving and corrects when necessary, always making sure we are practicing with correct form. This is the friendliest and least intimidating gym I’ve ever experienced. Class sizes max out at 6 people so instructors are able to keep an eye on you and tweak your movements to keep the exercises both beneficial and tailored to your needs. FCF is a wonderful, welcoming community. All of the coaches work with us in small groups to improve our strength, speed, agility, balance, flexibility, and mobility. We are all 50+ and many of us have some physical limitations that require modifications to the standard exercise movements. The coaches will always find a way to make it work for each individual client. There is no judgement. We are all trying our best and we are all at different places in our fitness journey. I am someone who HATES to exercise, but they make it fun and I can feel the progress I've made when I'm performing daily life activities. They call it functional mobility; we call it living life to the fullest and remaining healthy and independent for as long as possible.

Full Circle Fitness is a specialized gym for adults over 50 years old. The owner, Rosa Coletto, and her staff of talented coaches are well trained in their specialties. The classes offered range from Mobility, Small Group (usually 6 or less) Yoga, Pilates to semi-private and private workouts.The workouts are challenging but not impossible. They focus on Speed, Strength, Flexibility.
The instructors watch closely to see that each participant is performing the exercise properly. As a student, I appreciate a suggested correction as well as the encouragement. Emphasis is on good form and to master the basics. Then more challenges are added.
In addition to the weekly schedule, new programs are added, most recently on Gut Health and Nutrition. To expand the community feeling, outings are planned for the weekend including hikes, pickle ball, and surfing. There is even a weekly book club with wonderful conversations.
In the two years I have been attending I have noticed positive results in stamina,strength, and muscle tone. Full Circle workouts are a way of life- a healthy fit life! Come join us!

Mercedes is just fantastic! She is super knowledgeable about age appropriate biomechanics and yoga. Her enthusiasm and positivity create great energy. Personally, it doesn’t matter if there’s 6 or 2 people in our small group class she gives me personal attention like I’m the only one there. Joined FCF in Oct 2023 and we have seen so much improvement in our strength, mobility, balance and endurance. We love Pilates and the Small Group sessions (speed, strength and stability). FCF represents personal attention all the way. No matter what age-related physical limitation I have, the staff knows what to do to keep me fit. Last March, 2020, our lives changed in drastic ways—especially with our normal physical
activities and being with other people supporting us as we try to keep fit. I was fortunate,
through my daughter, to find Full Circle Fitness. Most weeks I would usually do three to
four different workout classes or spend time on machines for cardio and weights for
strength. That all changed. Where I live I picked up a majority of time doing very long,
walks that got the steps in and some cardio on the side. BUT what about speed and
strength. Through Full Circle Fitness I was able to pick up many different sessions with
wonderful trainers. The choices are numerous and fit the bill for me.

Rosa and her team of trainers really bring the focus on the older adults—those 50+ which
definitely fits my age group. They are supportive, enthusiastic and professional. It’s a very
friendly, family oriented business. Included with all the sessions is an abundance of other
resources and supportive help. Videos for balance, stretching, strength, breathing, and food choices
are available. They even have a Book Club. If there are any health issues (movement, back, knees,
etc.) they find ways to adapt the routine. It’s an overall look at your body, your needs, and how
to become healthier and strong.

Choices also include one on one, the usual small group, or on an individuals focus. I was very lucky
to connect to this specific business, especially with Rosa as the director and the staff ( Jessi,
Mercedes, Ricki, Rosa, and Kellie) who have
kept me on target and pushed when needed to guide me to a higher level of better health.

Full Circle Fitness offers a personal touch with specific attention to each member's physical shortcomings, I am enrolled in Small Group Trainings and Pilates. Small Group Trainings are designed for no more than six members and address cardio, strength and balance; Pilates are semi-private with no more than three members. There are other services that are offered, as well as fun activities such as dance party, book club, Tai Chi in the park and hikes.

A year ago I hadn’t stepped into a gym in 25 years. I really wasn’t motivated to work out. The blessing in all of this was my injured back, which made me do something to try to help it. I tried chiropractic, acupuncture, and cupping. All of it was temporary relief. The next step was joining a gym. That’s when I found Full Circle Fitness. Rosa, your program was exactly what I needed. A little TLC, a little tough love, and lots of encouragement and accountability. I really felt that every trainer knew my individual issues and strengths. I could tell you talked behind my back, 😊 in a VERY good way to communicate my issues and weaknesses to the entire staff. I love that each session the trainer would adjust, tweak and prepare each session for each individual needs.

I have seen real tangible results from the last year. My energy and stamina have greatly increased. My flexibility and strength has gotten better. And I have lost weight and inches. While the weight and inches weren’t the primary goal for joining, I’m now motivated to lose more weight and to get back to my ideal weight.

As for my back, I have definitely seen improvement. While I still have issues, and I have tweaked it a couple times in the last year, working with you all, I have learned what I can and can’t do and being more vocal to communicate what feels good and what still hurts. This actually goes back to Krystle in Yoga saying to listen to your body. From Mercedes in Yoga continually telling us to do what feels right and to Rickey for not letting me push myself too hard and to stop before it hurts. P.S. Rickey, you are my inspiration.

I've had personal trainers in the past and ended up with injuries. Not at FCF. The coaches provide modifications as needed, while still pushing me to improve. I started at Full Circle Fitness in Tustin in February 2020. I tried many other fitness paths but would not stick with them for one reason or another. This location is real easy to get to and close to my home. I began with the 21 day trial. I made sure I came all of my 21 days and I was very happy I did. After that trial I signed up for 7 months and at the end of that another 7 months.
Everything is done with my age and my capabilities in mind. The exercises are designed for me and my benefit. One of the most personal wins I got from the core work we are doing is that in July when my daughter (a brand new mother) threw her back out and I had to step in and help care for her newborn, at age 60 I was able to with no strain or injury to myself. Picking up the baby, carrying him, holding and feeding him, bathing him, etc. There was a lot of up and down from crib to floor to baby seat, etc. I could see where the exercises that I had been doing for 5 months paid off. I was able to help everyday for 7 weeks straight. I KNOW for a fact that before these classes I would not have been physically able to do that. I love the trainers and Rosa and everything she does to care for us.

FCF has been so very accommodating during the pandemic. I am participating in mobility classes via Zoom. I so appreciate all the efforts they make to keep us moving. Rosa and her staff are the best. I have benefitted so much from the classes over the past year, blood pressure dropped, cut diabetic meds in 1/2, better balance, etc. These girls are wonderful, so helpful to adjust when I can't physically do something. Great instructors for small group sessions. They make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and that you don’t hurt you back. Their goal is to help you strengthen you core, improve your balance and get stronger. Many other perks including heathy recipes and great communication. I participate three days a week and my overall health has improved.

I was lucky enough to find Full Circle Fitness! I was researching local smaller gyms to get away from the large Big-box gyms and interviewed several places. I immediately felt the warmth, caring, and community atmosphere at FCF. You have to become a member to really appreciate what I had initially suspected, the staff and environment at FCF IS FAMILY. The attitude and encouragement to be the healthiest for your age and level is essential for me. I appreciate the firm "nudging" to push myself, yet they are aware of your age-related or health limitations. They know how to balance your work out. I am especially grateful for all the quick adjustments FCF made during the pandemic and keeping us safe with online workouts. Rosa and her crew are so dedicated and passionate about YOUR physical and mental health. I LOVE THEM!

I started training with Rosa at Full Circle Fitness just about 4 years ago and I can honestly say, she has changed my life. Just five years ago, at the age of 53 I had a stroke. Although I was lucky to make an almost complete recovery, it made me really look at my life and my health. At that time, I wasn't taking care of myself at all. It took me about a year to recover and make the decision to do something positive for my health. I started working with Rosa and she became my personal trainer (and a great friend). Today, two years later, I believe starting at Full Circle Fitness was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. I'm 59 now, and I am stronger and have greater flexibility than I have ever had. I have been taking Tai Chi for a year and a half. My doctor is thrilled as my most recent blood pressure test was amazingly good!!! It is the only thing that I have done that I have to completely focus on and allows me to relax. It is energizing yet very relaxing. My balance has improved tremendously as well.

The best place to go if you hate the gym like I do. The small group trainings are awesome, with lots of personalized attention to help you do the exercises properly. And they know how to help you adapt the exercises to accommodate sensitive areas, like if you have back or knee issues.

Within a couple of weeks of starting, I noticed a HUGE difference in how I felt. And I'm sleeping like I did in my thirties! What a gift!

Best of all, the trainers have a wonderful capacity for making members feel like family. I love their support and encouragement as well as that from other members. I highly recommend FCF for anyone who wants a personalized approach to fitness.

For the first time ever, I'm going to work out because I WANT to, not because I HAVE to.

I have trained with Michael for the past 5 month, and the result is very obvious according to all my friends. Although the weight drop is little, but I have gained much strength and toned up quite a bit. The difference between work out on your own and have a professional trainer is significant. Under Michael's observation, I won't injure myself and able to target the right area. I will continue to train with Michael coz I want to see a different me.

Rosa has been a wonderful trainer, one that helps me endure the agony that is called working out. I am not one of those people that get pleasure out of working out. Quite the opposite. I get pleasure from sitting on the couch and doing nothing. I have been seeing Rosa twice a week a year and a half. Not only did I lose weight, I also have biceps now (or is it triceps? I still can't tell those bastards apart).
I highly recommend Full Circle Fitness to couch potatoes out there that desire transforming themselves into hot, toned, work out gurus. No, you probably will not turn into that, but you won't stay a couch potato either!
