I am so glad I found this studio. Aman and Sunny are probably the best yoga instructors out there. They know exactly how to help you improve your form. If you have pain, they will also know exactly what you can do to modify to relieve the area of discomfort. I feel so grateful to have the chance to practice here.

FULL CIRCLE teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. Sunny and Aman, the owners are welcoming and also incredible teachers. Making Iyengar yoga fun is true! I'd been a student for many years, moved away and I'm back again. I am so delighted!
The studio has mats and blocks, chairs, belts - all the props we need to help guide our bodies gently to flexibly and movement.
If you have specific body issues you want to address & work on this is your place. Not only is it physically restorative, but you walk out with a great calm zen feeling! Aaaaahhhhh.
