Sean tailors the sessions to the individual, whether you’re new to working out or been doing it for years, Sean makes himself available for advice, motivation and realistic nutrition goals. Excellent place for individualized training, Sean is very personable and will make your workout feel like you are hanging out but with AWESOME results. Lost 30 lbs and now squat 190lbs… And! Didn’t even hurt my wallet! Compared to local gyms, Sean’s rates are the best. I pay monthly and make the commitment.
