FullGrip Barbell welcomes everyone with the intent of helping them be the best version of themselves. Whether you’re someone with no barbell experience, or looking to compete at a high level, this is the place to set goals, and most importantly, to crush them. We provide Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and Tactical Strength and conditioning classes. We’re a tight knit group of people who share a passion for getting stronger and supporting each other in a positive encouraging environment. Once you step into our gym, you leave ALL prejudices and stereotypes behind and you are just YOU. Everyone in our community are Equals!!!!

FullGrip (FGBB) has a VERY special place in my heart, so it was not easy for me to choose what to write for a review. I am a person who is far from anything athletic/gym/training. Like I’ve “donated” enough money to various big gym franchises in my life 😆. It has been more than 1.5 years since I’ve been with FGBB and it is the only place I can keep going despite the city traffics. I was a total strength training newbie, but Mark and Cat were patient, accurate and professional to take me in and grow. They have vibes as those uncles and aunts lived in your next doors forever 🙂. If you are looking for a classic gym that you could find locally back in good ole’ days, don’t hesitate and just commit!

Where do I begin? This place allowed me to discover the strength I never knew I had!! Coach Mark and Coach Cat helped me accomplish my career goal, by helping me get stronger, lose weight and provided a comfortable space to meet people that have the same goals. Coach Mark has so much patience to teach proper form. Coach Mark makes sure to design specific programs, whether you are a beginner or “an expert” level. I highly recommend to check out their gym, they will make sure you achieve your goals.

Coach Mark and Coach Cat are great people who are community-driven. I started going to FullGrip Barbell in 2022 and moved away a couple of months later, but I've been doing their remote program ever since. I've made so much progress working with Coach Mark, and was able to compete in my first powerlifting meet with his support and guidance. Their encouragement and expertise have been tremendously helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend this gym!

Full grip barbell is a 10/10! The coaches are top tier, they make sure you understand the movements so you won’t get injured, take time to support you and are encouraging. Equipment is solid and there’s plenty to go around. If you like a small community with like minded people this is the place to be!

Fullgrip is an excellent community oriented gym focused on powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, and strength & conditioning. To get the most out of your training here, leave your ego at the door and be ready to work hard. If you can manage that, the coaches will help you achieve whatever athletic and physical goals you have, regardless of of whether you are a beginner looking to learn proper technique, a national level athlete looking to compete, or someone who just likes working out as a hobby. This is one of the most unique and supportive fitness spaces out there, in stark contrast to your modern day globo gym environment.

I can't say enough good things about this gym! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with such a positive and supportive environment that truly feels like family.
