I can't recommend Frank enough as a trainer! From the moment I started working with him, he truly understood my goals of building muscle and strength while focusing on anti-aging. Frank has made the entire experience enjoyable and motivating, helping me embrace the idea of working out rather than dread it. His holistic approach is incredible; he seamlessly connects mind, body, and spirit, fostering a positive and energizing atmosphere. The best thing I can say about Frank is that he motivates you to come back for more ! He is knowledgeable, and gets results because he motivates you. This guy Frank with Functional Dynmaics is the best trainer I have ever worked with . He makes you feel very comfortable and is very professional and has great communication . He created a perfect workout and diet meant for ME and I have been seeing results . He also has a very great mental mindset and helps you with your insecurities and deficiencies in a kind and gentle manner . I highly recommend this trainer . He is well worth it and there is no price on good health . Do yourself a favor and sign up with this guy I have been with him for 2 years and he is very different than other trainers and much much better !

I had grown tired of my same ‘ol static movements, my same ‘ol workouts. I wanted to incorporate functional movement, balancing techniques, proper breathing, and dynamic core work. I found all of that working with Frank, along with the added benefit of up-regulating my nervous system. Always choose the hard thing — your body, mind, and spirit will thank you!! Bottom line — if you’re looking for this type of training Frank is the best I’ve seen!
