My right arm has been sore from work, usually it got worse from the workout, today the coach focused more on posture and started with lower weight, and I felt much better after the workout 😊

Awesome new gym in Lake Forest! The coach is super friendly—I used to train with Coach Tommy at the Irvine location, and this new spot is even better and more private.
They’ve got a bunch of classes for kids too (I don’t have kids yet, but good to know!).
