Great gym! I was able to do my prescribed workouts while traveling. Awesome to do my CrossFit workout instead of joining a class at the other CrossFit gyms. Had all the equipment I needed. Was able to do shuttle runs, sandbag to shoulder, BMU, and even yoke carries. Will be coming back when I visit again. Thanks Daniel!

I am a college athlete home for the summer. This gym is great as they have no sign up fee or contract. They also have a great variety of equipment including free weights, turf with sleds, and punching bags. Also they are 24/7! I will continue to use this gym in the future without a doubt!

REVIEWS ARE FALSE! Owner will waive a $10 fob fee if you leave a positive review. There is NOT a variety of equipment, only free weights. There is no staff and the owner failed to make our first two appointments, so I couldn't get in. After finally receiving my fob it wouldn't work half the time and there was nobody to let me in. Owner doesn't answer phone or return texts in timely manner. I completely wasted my time with this lousy gym. Don't waste yours.

There's no onsite staff, nor classes but if you have your own capacity to structure your workouts it's perfect. It's pretty well stocked w high quality gear. DISCALIMER: This will be a long review but hopefully you'll read it and see why...
I started coming to gym in December of 2017 because a high school friend of mine was always posting videos and post about this place. I saw how strong she was and what it had done for her anxiety, self confidence, etc. So I decided to give it a try and do boot camp 2 days a week. The gym is in Chico and I live in Oroville but I was in a dark place and needed something. I was depressed, my anxiety was getting worse, and I was all around just burned out with being a single parent. I had watched a few of Coach Megan's videos and her posts. She was so open about her own story which is similar to mine. She openly spoke about PTSD, anxiety, depression, which I was all too familiar with. I started my first day and was so nervous! But when I got there I was welcomed with open arms from EVERYONE there. I was dying, it was no joke... Lol. But between Megan and the other boot campers they helped push me to finish and keep going. That was just the beginning.

Coach Megan posted a video about her upcoming 90 day challenge. I loved everything about what she said. It was like she was speaking directly to me. It was more than just a physical challenge to her, it was about your mental strength as much as your physical strength. I messaged her and she pushed me to do it. I decided to take a chance and change my life... to finally invest in myself. I started in January of 18 and my first week was just boot camp. She encouraged me to try a strength class. I did and then I was at the gym 5 days a week. Mind you, I am a single mom, I work 9 1/2 hours a day, and drive 25 mins to the gym and back home, yet I loved it! I started to get stronger, I started to see changes, I felt better, I wasn't depressed anymore, and I felt like a better mom. I had no idea this would change my life the way it did. This gym literally has the BEST people there. There is every age, fitness level, body size, etc... No judgements or snotty attitudes... I love being there everyday. I'm doing things I would have never thought I could do and winning the challenge was one of them! Megan is always there if you need ANYTHING. She will help you with nutrition, she can work around any injury, she believes in you more than you believe in yourself. If you just need someone to vent to about life, she's there. If you just want to get fit or if you are like me and needed a complete life reboot, you need to try this gym! Its not about the money to her, its the changes that she makes in peoples lives that she more interested in. I thank the powers above for Megan. She helped me find myself and change my life. That right there is priceless! We need to invest in ourselves and take care of ourselves like we do our families, our cars, bills, etc... One step at a time... I encourage you to just try this gym out.
