This facility is the premiere fitness center of Southern California. As a former collegiate softball player, I was blown away at the amount of technology this place has to improve players at a young age. They have a machine that tells you how hard you hit and where it goes. I wish I had all of this growing up. They also have a state of the art recovery center with a sauna and cold plunge to decrease recovery time.

I highly recommend this facility, especially for those who love softball and baseball. In addition to brand new gym equipment, they have pitching machines, batting cages, and other baseball/softball specific equipment. They also have an incredibly supportive community at the gym with coaches that challenges you, encourages you, and values you. When I met Brandon and Nick for the first time, they were warm and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease.
