About the Club

Welcome to FYTS Fitness, a modern take on boxing and HIIT training. Our 1on 1 or pairs personal training combine boxing fundamentals with strength and conditioning exercises for a fun and challenging workout!

Our Method:
Cardio - Challenging movements that are not only fun but get your heart rate into a fat burning zone.

Boxing - From simple to advanced, blow off steam and learn real technique. Self-defense and therapy all in one :) One-on-one mittwork in every class.

Weight Training - Whether it's heavy or light, let's tone and sculpt while becoming the strongest version of yourself.

Stability - Maintaining postural integrity while under load is essential for all movement. Load is life. Get better at it!

I had a great time at my boxing and weights session with CJ! He was very patient and knowledgeable, and as a beginner I felt very comfortable learning the ropes. Left the session with so much more knowledge about nutrition, boxing, stretching, and overall health. The workout was very challenging, while still being tailored to my personal fitness level and health. It was so much fun and such a great workout, I will definitely be back again! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, challenging way to get moving!

CJ asks what your goals are at the start of the session and he tailors your workout to hit those targets. he's great at challenging you and explaining how to move to hit which muscles and make your exercise be more effective. i can really see great results happening if i did more sessions with him and i definitely recommend!

CJ is an amazing personal trainer who motivates you to have the best body that you can have. I came in looking to grow my booty and in just a few months I can lift a lot more than I would've ever thought possible. I feel so much stronger and each workout leaves me feeling accomplished. I used to go to the gym 6 days a week and now I just go to CJ and do some light cardio on the weekend.
CJ has transformed by body and mindset on working out by not having to spend hours and hours at the gym! My boyfriend goes to him too and he looks amazing! I would recommend FYTS fitness if you're looking to work smarter and not harder!

1/11/24 SIRMARK aka CJ was referred by Dr. Evan, Physical Therapist at VARGO for my knee effusion injury. Day 1 Twice Weekly we strengthen the muscles around the knee injury, lower and upper extremities. Sirmark impressed me by contacting Dr. Evan every 2 weeks to give an update on my recovery and received treatment suggestions we trained on the next sessions. Sirmark encourages improvement, his positive energy, intuitiveness, knowledge in the anatomy and understands the threshold of my strength which he pushes through to succeed my personal goal.

CJ is such an amazing personal trainer and boxing coach! He knows exactly how to push me to do better while still being encouraging. The workouts he plans are so much fun and even the cardio (which I hate) is super fun, especially through boxing. He makes sure to incorporate training exercises I like and those that I need. CJ also does PT and helped me heal my hips and knees (which have been a huge problem for so long). The relief CJ helped me achieve through strengthening those areas was insane. I joined FYTS Fitness a couple months ago and I am so glad I did! I was leaving LA Fitness and looking for a group class that would give me a good workout and was also fun. It was important to me to find an intimidation-free atmosphere that trained all levels, and FYTS does just that! CJ is an amazing trainer and meets each member where they are at. Great gym in Westlake. Every time I visit the area, which is about for 1 week every 2-3 months, I come here for my workouts. CJ is a great coach and the classes are for any/all levels. Be it athletic conditioning or boxing, you're bound to be challenged, push yourself, and feel exhausted (but proud and great) afterwards. I'd definitely recommend FYTS to folks looking for a gym in the area – and to others just visiting!

This is the best gym I have ever been to! I feel incredible and it’s all thanks to Fyts! The perfect workout! Jules and CJ’s workouts are usually an hour long. They combine supersets, circuit training and abs so it’s very efficient training. They also manage to work in flexibility, balance, brain games and boxing sometimes as well. I like the classes because I don’t have to think about anything… I just show up and do what they tell me and I leave with a l full body pump and feeling good
