My personal training experience with Sean has been simply spectacular! He's helped me utilize the appropriate corrective exercises working through my injury, and has shown me how I can work around it without making it worse while still getting an amazing workout! Sean has also helped me instill an extremely healthy & balanced diet, without sacrificing the flavors of the foods that I love, and even better he taught me how to prepare it, even spice it, and it's super delicious! Now I'm eating like this consistently every single day. Sean is a person who genuinely and actively listens to you, and responds/adapts to your needs & goals. He is always looking out for you, and is a super positive person who makes you feel good and infects you with his contagious positivity! If you want to achieve your goals...you can be the absolute best version of yourself with Sean! Let the gains begin!

I found Sean on Google, just looking for a trainer to help jump start at the gym again with lifting and losing some lbs. Contacted and met Sean for a consult where we discussed my health, goals and current habits (no judgement) so he could develop a plan that fit my needs. Love how thorough Sean was with the plan - recommending specific supplements with an eye to save me money, a diet to follow, and even sends tailored workouts when I’m out of town at a hotel gym. Sean’s a professional and really takes pride in seeing my progress and gains as they say. I’m starting to feel more confident with weights/equipment, making it easier to self-motivate.
When I have my workout sessions with Sean, we typically do core followed by strength. Even helps stretch me when I need it at the end. He’s very focused, encouraging and vocal during our workouts, explaining any moves so I feel confident and execute correctly- and always ensures it’s hitting where it should. Sean really cares that I have the movement down before we add more weight- not skimping on the fundamentals.
I’d recommend Sean to anyone willing to put in the work. He’s always checking on me outside of our sessions, having me send my Apple Watch workouts to him and encouraging my progress. Sure there’s those days where I don’t get my workout in or eat like crap or go out drinking…but Sean has helped to keep me accountable and working toward my goals. On a personal note, he’s a really nice friendly social guy that’ll make you feel at ease. Glad I found ya Sean! Highly recommend

My wife and I have been working with Sean since April. He has been working with me to lose weight and gain muscle. I worked with a lot of trainers and Sean is the only trainer that I have worked with who will actually listen to you. He does a fantastic job at adjusting to your needs and finds ways to adapt an exercise to your restrictions. On top of that Sean provides his clients with motivational and positive encouragement and will check in on you with frequently.
I am very grateful for his guidance and efforts to help me become a healthier version of myself.

I’ve been working with Sean for about 2 months. He’s been awesome!!! He’s super encouraging and just about the friendliest guy you will ever meet. I’ve never worked with a trainer before and never worked out in a gym. He’s super patient with me and shows me what he wants me to do and explains which muscles we are working on. He’s been very helpful in advising on eating the right things. He truly goes above and beyond!! If you are wanting to put in the work and be healthier, then Sean is your guy!
