I train jiu jitsu out in Utah, but am from Chula Vista, so visiting family I always look for somewhere to train. I've been to a few different SD gyms, but professor Terrado and his team are by far the most welcoming and provide great classes/training. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking to train jiu jitsu or MMA.

Best gym in San Diego! This has been one of the best investments I’ve made. Whatever level you are at you will be well taken care of here. This is the best place to get in shape, actually learn a new skill, build your confidence, and surround yourself with some good people. Nestor, Herman, Mark and all the other coaches/staff will make you feel like family. The facility is spotless, I’ve never seen a gym this clean. My son and I have mainly worked with Nestor the striking coach and he trains pros, amateurs and beginners like myself and he actually cares about your progress and takes the time to help everyone. If you’re looking for gym look no further, you will not be disappointed.

I've been coming for about 4 months. The experience is awesome. The boxing coach Nestor Flores is a great teacher who constantly provides guidance on how to improve my technique. Facility is clean and everyone is really friendly.

I’m glad I found Gamebred, located in Eastlake. I used to train a few years ago and have not been able to find a good boxing/mma gym with quality trainers. Right off the bat the coaches Herman, Mark, and Nestor were very welcoming and I can tell they really care about their client’s progress in learning. Nestor the boxing/striking coach has a passion for it and it shows, they really take the time to make sure you get the technique down, something the other gyms that I have visited lacked. Here at Gamebred they treat you like family. I recommend this mma gym to anyone interested in starting or getting back into training. Their schedule is also very convenient and they offer classes throughout the day.

I have been going to Gamebred since they've opened. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my boxing classes, and to just work out. This isn't just a place you go and get a workout in; everyone here is like family. From the owners to the coaches to the members.
