My review is long overdue. Have been training with Gary for about 14 months and I highly recommend!
He has extensive fitness knowledge & skills. As a former athlete, he knows how to properly modify exercises & workouts to assist or improve with any limitations or physical issues that you may have.
He makes the workouts fun so the time flys by and you look forward to your next session (even leg days)

I have been working with Gary for 6+ months and can't recommend him enough. With Gary designing the workout sessions based on my progress, it’s one less thing for me to track. He’s also careful about weight progression: starts off easy to assess level and then increases weight with every couple of sessions. The sessions with Gary are fully customizable; he can focus on whatever you care about that day: form or power etc. Gary is also pretty cool and time doesn’t stand still during our workout sessions, which is a great testimony to the fact that he’s fun and conversational to take your mind off the exhaustion. Thank you Gary, for helping me with my fitness goals!

I've always wanted to work with a trainer and I found Gary about a year and a half ago.  His reasonable rates put personal training within my reach.  I work out 3x a week with Gary.  I am an active person who loves exercise but it's easy to miss days when you are busy with work and other commitments.  The accountability that you get from signing up with a trainer keeps you consistent in the midst of a busy life.  I look forward to my training sessions.  If I show up tired or stressed, I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.  Gary is a skilled trainer who knows how to get results for you and at the same time makes the workouts fun.  We corrected some imbalances I had that were causing me pain and I feel stronger in all areas of my life.  Thanks, Gary!!

I've been training with Gary twice a week for over a year now and I would definitely recommend it. I get a good workout each session in a relaxed, conversational atmosphere with pacing between sets that's just right. He's the first trainer I've had who actually shows up consistently, knows when to push you hard and when to back off, and focuses primarily on maintaining a sustainable, injury-free workout with good form.

Unlike when I've tried to work out on my own or with other trainers in the past, I never dread going to a session or come out too exhausted to continue with my day. If I'm tired and find an exercise too difficult, Gary adjusts the weights so that they're still challenging but doable and gives me extra rest time. If they're too easy, he'll bump the weights up. I don't have to think about how much to lift because Gary handles all of it.

It has never been easier for me to keep a consistent workout schedule with a reasonable pace of progression. Every previous attempt at working out has flamed out in weeks or a few months, while I'm on month 17 with Gary and going strong.

I've been a client of Gary's for a year now. Two years ago I had a stroke. My physical therapist helped me vet him. We met and we decided to give it a go. He has been great in helping me get stronger and more stable. He is encouraging and helps me to step up the weight I'm working with. If I'm having a problem day He has no problem pulling back on the weight. I couldn't lift my left arm above my head when I started and I could after a couple of months. I love using the sled. It has made my leg work together as one and become much strongFlys. I enjoy working out outdoors.Gary has a fun attitude. We often joke while working out so the time flys.

Gary is a great personal trainer. My boyfriend recommended me to him and I would gladly do the same. Big guy who was looking to get back into weight loss and fitness in general. I've had a few trainers before when I would go to 24 hour fitness, but Gary takes the cake when it come to personal fitness and personal training.
