I love this gym. The staff is very nice and professional. The gym is well ventilated with plenty of sanitary options to wipe down the machines and maintain self hygiene with Sammy and sanitizer around the facility. The gym is well labeled with areas of focus on th ceiling easily guiding you to where you want to go. They have a pool, sauna, clean restrooms, vending machines with healthy snacks / drinks, and many many tv’s around in case you enjoy screen entertainment while working out. They make know that taking pictures and recording is prohibited for the privacy of others. Prices are reasonable and even better when you add a second person to your account. Grab your workout gear and head on over to GB3 West for a very worthwhile experience.

Great location and plenty of equipment, just about anything you can ask for. However I do have a recommendation - instead of dusting the treadmill while I'm using it...how about cleaning the machines, TVs and ceiling fans/vents? Some stuff is beyond dusty and just plain filthy. The machines and TVs are grimey. This place needs a deep cleaning that goes beyond dusting. Its sad to see the formerly best gym fall apart.

Really a nice gym. Girl at the front desk is very welcoming. Very clean gym. Did a water aerobics class. Teacher was very knowledgeable and approached my friend and I and gave us some valuable information on the class. She recognized that this was our first time.

Compared to the other GB3s, this location is poorly maintained. Theres always not enough paper towels in the restrooms, dirty restrooms, low disinfectant cleaning materials, equipments needing to be repaired, you name it. Needs to be better maintain for the amount they’re currently charging.

I just joined a few days ago after leaving Planet Fitness. I like this gym so much better. It's absolutely worth $30/month. The staff has been nothing but welcoming and kind, there is like, every kind of machine I could want, the pool is a good temp, the bathrooms are clean. And I love the aerobics room. It's so nice to have somewhere to stretch/do yoga without just holding up in a corner. I'm so glad I switched.

Pool was heated to an adequate temp. Unfortunately, Abby is no longer at GB3. Water aerobics starts at 9AM. The new teacher is a good instructor. However, they no longer provide an instructor at this location for 5 days of the week. If you need 5 days, you would have to supplement your Tuesday and Thursday regimen at another location, possibly Palm and Nees.

I joined this gym 5 years ago and have been thoroughly impressed! The facilities are modern and clean, and there's a wide range of equipment available, which means no waiting time even during peak hours. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, always ready to help or give advice. I also appreciate the variety of classes offered; there's something for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Joining this gym has not only boosted my physical health but also my mental well-being. Been coming almost every day for the last ~6(?) months, place is pretty solid, I don't use the pool or sauna..or the bathrooms. So, I guess this is a review of the main area and it's always clean, staff is decent, I don't particularly ask much of them so I have no complaints. Come midday noon to two o'clock for slowest times. I don't like coming after five really because of how many people go and I have to cycle through different areas and mix up my routine in order to find available spots. At this point I'm rambling. Come with no expectations and you will be thoroughly pleased. It's a gym.

Came back at the end of 2022 (stopped when covid got serious), still pretty much the same, no real complaints.

I've been to all the GB3 in town and by far this is probably the second worst GB3.
Almost as bad as the GB3 on KingsCanyon and Sunnyside.
I'm just being honest here.
The gym is really small and it looks like they really squeezed everything into the building as much as possible. The free weights area is small and waiting for a bench might take a while. The treadmills are all taken up.
The glass room is tiny. 3 machines where you can use the weights, so total of 6...
Yeah and it is really crowded. Might not come back to this gym on Milburn. At least I tried it. Just my personal experience.

I go for the zumba classes. The music though is SO loud. There is no Need to have the music loud - we only need to hear the beat. Management is uninterested in turning it down, but some instructors will.
I WISH they had step classes.
The class schedule is greatly reduced post pandemic, which is too bad.
They put some equipment in the back of the "gym" where Zumba is. I understand that they're utilizing their space, but don't like it taking up the floor space.
Disinfection supplies are plentiful and spaced around the gym.
I like that there are steps - I live in a one-story house. 😄
It is nice and air conditioned in hot months.
Locker room is clean. I know they can't clean the showers after each use, but some women leave lots of long dark hair in the shower - members should tidy up after themselves!
