The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I had a membership there and due to lack of visits, they decided to cancel my membership by sending out notices by email only. Not even one phone call??? In a day and age when there are so many junk emails that it's hard to keep up with the valid one's, come on guys how about some common decency and just one phone call, and guess what, you could have even left a voice mail. But then again that would show the member that you cared, and I guess that's to hard for you to do? I called and the manager stated that she would be willing to sign me up right now if I paid full price! She also said that because my insurance plan paid so little that all she could do was place me on the waiting list. SO HERE IS A BUSINESS THAT TREATS SENIORS AS A LOWER CLASS. AS US OLDER FOLKS SAY--SHAME ON THEM---THATS JUST NOT RIGHT!!!!

Who wouldn’t want to go to a combination gym/ physical fitness center? It’s a win-win on both sides. As a physical therapy patient your treatment usually combines both sides - you start on the physical therapy side, and as you improve and get better, you transition into the gym. Upon graduating from physical therapy, a free month to the gym is even offered to encourage you to continue on your road to recovery. The fitness center, on the other hand, benefits from the synergy of the combined facility as it enjoys the cleanliness of a medical facility, has a pool of clients from the physical therapy side, and has the financial stability that the two businesses give it. The gym is the cleanest gym I’ve seen in town, and is one of the few that still offers a towel service. George Erb Fitness Center also offers a selection of classes like cycling, Zumba, weightlifting, and bootcamp and believe it or not, free babysitting.

Moved out of the area and forgot to cancel the membership. I called to cancel and was told the only way to cancel the membership is to go in, in person. Guess I'll have to cancel through my credit card which is very annoying.

I’ve been a member for at least 14 years and it’s the best gym I’ve ever belonged to. The cleanliness is amazing, and maintenance is top priority. I’ve always called it the Disneyland of gyms!

Going to George Erb’s Fitness Center was a big mistake. While George Erb’s non-management staff was friendly and knowledgeable, after departing his businesses I started asking around and looking around and quickly realized there were better options in town for both physical therapy and fitness. I wish I had looked around from the beginning and I suggest everyone else do the same and see for themselves. I think most people will agree there are better alternatives close by.

Zero stars! Do not join this gym. The facility is OK but limited. However, when I called to cancel my membership, they told me there was NO WAY TO CANCEL OTHER THAN APPEARING IN PERSON. Despite the fact that I have moved away, they would not agree to stop charging my credit card. I now need to take this up with my credit card company and have the unwanted charges reversed. BEWARE!!!
