Super neglected gym.
Always dirty and dusty, mirrors are never cleaned. It is always hot and humid along with a musty smell. Temperatures in there are always above 73.
Machines are old and cables break all the time. Small gym, more than 6 people in there and it will feel like it's already crowded.

I had the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience at this gym when I called to inquire about pricing and membership details. The staff member I spoke with refused to discuss pricing over the phone, insisting that I come in person to get the information. Fine, I thought, maybe it's their policy to encourage people to visit the gym. However, when I arrived at the gym, I found a young lady in the office chatting away with another man.

As I waited patiently to speak with someone about joining the gym, I overheard their conversation. To my shock and dismay, the young lady admitted that she doesn't even go to the gym where she works! She casually mentioned that she frequents other gyms instead. Not only that, but they proceeded to talk about their social plans, including attending concerts and a rave, completely ignoring my presence.

Feeling completely disregarded and disrespected as a potential customer, I decided to leave and find a gym that actually values professionalism and customer service. I ended up joining another gym up the road, In Shape, where I was able to sign up quickly and easily for only $35 a month. I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional environment.

I like that it’s opened 24/7 and has a variety of equipment but this gym is always dirty and the owner always seems to have bad customer service. On their instagram you can’t post comments on their content which is sus 🤔 if there was another gym in hilmar I’d leave get fit and join the the other

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for 8 months now due to moving out of state. I’m still getting charged. They tell me I have to come in but I now live 12 hours away. I don’t ever write bad reviews but every time I call they give me attitude

Their web page clearly says "Stuck in another gym contract? Work out at our gym with your current gym membership.". That's a lie. I stopped by and asked, all they MIGHT do is wave the $99 initiation fee, then they charge the ridiculous fee of $39/month.

Been coming to this gym for a bit, and it’s just starting to go downhill. It’s hot and humid in there everytime I go. The temp shouldn’t be set at 75. Smells like very much closed in . The equipment and gym itself overall just looks and feels dirty. Needs a lot of improvement!

It's convenient for a small town like Hilmar, but it's small and it feels tight. I like that's it's open 24/7. The membership pricing is a little steep, but I guess that's what you pay for in a small town.
