I honestly love this gym! Whatever bad reviews it’s gotten in the past I’m sure they’ve been taken serious because I always find the gym to be clean. It’s really comfortable to be able to use a restroom that smells nice and clean always stocked with toilet paper. I also love the privacy of this gym well worth it!

This is the worst gym ever, not sure how they're in business, all the equipment is old and i mean every location they run this business by cutting as many corners as possible, stuff is broken half the time, the urinal is overflowing and spills on the floor, equipment is not secured to the floor and trash cans are always full, pay a little extra and go to a big name gym trust me!!!

I swear this gym is the worst at charging on membership always random days never a guaranteed day plus to cancel the membership you have to go down to the gym and pay 150 dollars. Whoever is in charge please fix that because it's annoying when rent day comes then an unexpected charge from you guys happens because you didn't take the money earlier in the week

Small gym with equipment that is ok, but has terrible management. There are one employee on weekdays between 10AM-2PM. Their locker rooms are tiny and smell terrible all the time. The bathrooms are atrociously dirty. They don't even provide toilet seat covers in the men's restrooms. When asked the employee said "we don't provide seat covers for the men's room because men are messy." I was informed that they also charge you $25.00 each time you forget to rerack your weights.

Please stay away from this gym. They charge for too much, are full of hidden fees and have the worst customer service i've experience from a gym. I have been in the fitness industry 15+ years and never seen such a poorly maintained gym. As soon as you walk in the smell hits you in the face. It is full of flies. The bathrooms are small and dirty.
The showers were out of order for as long as I can remember. And on top of that their teenage staff members treat their customers like an inconvenience rather than paying clients. Do not go here!!

Regularly trashed, no wipes, no toilet paper, vending machine empty, trash cans overflowing. $40 a month for a gym this small you'd at least expect it to get cleaned regularly. (This is referring to the new Lathrop location, it’s not on Maps yet)

Been with the gym for a year, my experience was great, always clean and ready to go. I have no complaints. Even when I canceled my contact because I’m moving out of town, the Manager Liza had great customer service and made the process like a breeze. Definitely recommend!

Don’t sign up here. Signed up for a year contract and it should’ve been over in April. Then I came to cancel it and they said I had a 3 year contract which I never signed up for.

Don't sign up here. Customer service is terrible. We moved, so I called to cancel the membership. Not only was a $150 membership cancelation fee thrown in my face, but they refuse to allow you to cancel your membership over the phone or via email, like ANY other normal business, forcing you to come in and cancel. (They don't care that we moved away and don't exactly have time to make a drive for one cancelation) They just care about getting your money month by month. I've never known a gym to not be understanding of a member moving away and needing to cancel. Girl I spoke with was rude about it and not sympathetic at all. You'll receive the energy you give out!!

Been coming here for over a year, it's a great gym. It has everything I need, truly open 24 hours a day even on holidays. Convenient and has everything I need. Only downside is that it gets stuffy and hot inside, I see the thermostat read at 78° sometimes but if you're lucky it'll be at 73°.

I hear that once you cancel your membership you owe a fee of $50 to cancel? THAT MAKES NO SENSE, why should i PAY to CANCEL my membership? Absolutely stupid, it has everything a gym needs i agree, but for it to be as expensive as it is??? It’s so small and most of the time I’m just waiting on someone. I’ve been trying to call the office to cancel my membership but no one picks up, and i also hear that they apparently keep charging you after you cancel??? The price would be worth it if it was bigger….the gyms like half the size of my house for $200+ dollars 😬 no thank you

the gym is an excellent place to workout and exercise. You might be wondering why I said that and rated it a one star well its because I can't rate it zero stars. While this business is an excellent place to workout, it is still a business. Their customer service is terrible, even after you cancel your membership they will still keep charging you. Even if you notify them you cancelled your membership, they will still keep charging you. The 1st time I thought it was a simple mistake, so I went to the gym and showed them proof. The 2nd time I got worried, but I notified them and they said they would refund me. I got charged a 3rd time and i have decided to block them from charging my account. I 'm not changing this review no matter. I wanted to like this gym, but they still haven't refunded me

I've been going here for about a month now. The machines are great, the atmosphere is definitely not 'meat market', all kinds and types of people work out here. I have Kristy as my trainer, and she's just exactly what I need. It's clean, has many options for working out: machines, plyo, free weights, etc. I'm really glad I started here.
