I’ve been going for about 2 years consistently,
1.equipment needed for elite athletes: a 𝐠𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞⁾ⁿᵒᵗ ᵗʰᵉ ᵇᵃᶜᵏ ᵐᵃᶜʰⁱⁿᵉ⁾, 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐩𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐠.
2. The space in there is limited feels like in bobbing and weaving every time I move . I wake up at 5 am and it’s still crowded sometimes…
The cities growing so should the gym, other than that the Gyms cool, does the job

Been going to the gym for many years and sadly seen such a huge decline in management. The staff is not very welcoming. It seems like all they care about is how much money they can get from you. From “cleaning fees”, to sudden price changes without notice. Then when you call the desk person, Valerie from Newman, she is not helpful at all. Very rude and does not care to resolve anything. Whenever something arises she loves to pull out that the owner is her nephew card. She also loves to believe you can read her mind and never explains anything in detail, thus causing over charging, followed by her saying “i assumed you knew”.
The owner as well does not seem to care much about his clients feedback and quickly suggest that we can look for another gym knowing that there is not another gym for miles. if we have just a small issue. I understand as an owner he has more responsibilities opening new locations, whilst ignoring and not maintaining the gyms he has opened. When I had noticed I was getting overcharged for 2 months i had it brought up to Mikes attention and he of course took care of it. I had asked Mike if he can reimburse me for 2 months since it was their fault I was getting overcharged and seemed like the logical thing to do since i did not get refunded the money back from the overcharge. Mike then said he couldn’t do it because it was not Valeries fault for the over charge it was my fault. I took a step back and was shocked how quickly he made me feel belittled and stupid. Instead of taking ownership for what valerie said she insisted that she had no recollection of saying certain details. Whatever happened to the customer is always right.
I know it may seem like im the only one who is complaining but i assure you there are others who are complaining about the same thing.

I WARN PEOPLE. THIS GYM IS NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF PEOPLE RATHER THEMSELVES

Stay away. Hidden fees, $225 membership cancellation fee and other hidden fees. Random $40 cleaning fee whenever they want. Avoid it.

The customer service here is A+. The only thing that bothers me is that it is really small. This place gets packed. I try not to go on the busiest hours, but even then, just about every machine or the placement is conjested. I'm hoping for expansion soon, though.

Liza is the best worker there! She’s friendly and makes you feel comfortable! She problem-solved my situation with ease and friendliness. The equipment is nice and the environment is non judgmental and the staff helps you understand the machines if your new!

bad service the guy make me feel fat, ugly, and broke. Presuring me to to sighned the one year contract but i didnt i am a beginner working out and i asked him if i could try a free week trial but he gave me a speech saying that i should make it a life style and if i would like to be toned like him, then he got like mad and then he say just give me 100 dollas, i left feeling bad a little depressed and i went to in shape they treated me way better now im working out with better instructors who are more respectful and actually motivate you...
