This gym is horrible. First of all, there’s no toilet paper dispenser in the women’s bathroom, the toilet seats are broken, and there’s no paper towels. No one puts things away properly. There’s trash everywhere. It is poorly maintained. On top of that, my friend got randomly charged for letting me in even though I scanned my membership card. The card was faulty and it took forever for management to even contact us. Now every time I enter I show the card to the camera just in case. It’s absolutely insane. I’ve complained to the employees about my concerns about cleanliness, bathrooms, etc and asked to talk to management and it’s been months and they still haven’t reached out. It’s not worth it. I want to cancel but I’m stuck in a stupid 2 year contract and management won’t reach out to at least address my concerns. Don’t come to this gym.

I really love this gym and have been going since they opened. They have a lot of equipment, a good crowd (which has dwindled down), clean machines, and close to my house which is awesome. However, I do try to avoid going into the restroom because it’s extremely dirty like all the time.. The sauna and ice bath have been out of service for quite some time but I could care less about that. The floor is nice and clean, so that’s really all that matters to me. I do notice that the employees kinda just sit in the office and don’t refill the empty paper towels and empty wet wipe stations so that kinda sucks. I work around a lot of the “issues” but I do hope it does turn around soon because many of the members are going to the new gym in town and I’d hate to see this place lose business.

THIS GYM IS SCAMMY. Called before hand to see if they offered month to month memberships, the girl on the phone said yes for students. When we went in to sign up because I, as a student, thought we would be able to pay monthly. We were then told they don't offer any type of month to month memberships for anyone?? So my husband and i were already iffy on committing. The young lady that signed us up (August 7) said that we would be able to get a refund if we cancelled within 30 days of signing up. husband cancelled 1 week before (August 28 or 29) because we ended up signing up with a different gym and turned in our access keys and was told we were to get a cancellation email and then all of a sudden they don't offer refunds? I called back 1 week later because we did not receive ANY proof of cancellation and we were specifically told we would get a refund if cancelled before the 30 days. Unfortunately I do not have names but the next girl i spoke to on the phone (claimed she was management) stated they would need managers approval before doing something like that, collected our contact info and said shed call us back once she was able to "look into the situation". Never got a call back. We feel super scammed because it was over $200 to sign up and the girl told us we could cancel within 30 days as AN INCENTIVE to get us to sign up initially. We're taking this issue up with our bank because I'm done continuously calling for an update and don't have the time to drive out there. These employees are lying on the company's name and spreading false information as an incentive for people to sign up and spend their money with them. Bathrooms were always dirty here and trash was always overfilling. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ask the employees in the office if they could fill up their paper towel bins and they responded “we don’t fill them up we usually tell everyone to just use the wet wipes.” What if there is a water spill or someone just wants to wipe down their face etc?? Definitely a safety concern if management does not want to fill up their paper towel bins; never seen this practice at other gyms ive been to.

Gym in general is good. Definitely needs work on cleanliness of overall gym and bathroom smells. Sometimes there's no soap and there are never any paper towels, so bring your own just in case.

The fact that this is a 24/7 365 gym is awesome! The gym has enough equipment to hit any muscle group. The price is decent compared to other gyms in the area.

I wish the gym had better cleanliness. The trash cans overfill often. The bathrooms need a slight overhaul. And THERE ARE NO PAPER TOWELS EVER! There are paper towel dispensers, but never (and I seriously mean never) do they have any paper towels. They do have some air dryers, but they are not convenient if you actually need paper towels. To clean spills or dry your face. Also, the air dryer for men is installed too high for short people, haha. These should be simple, cheap investments...

The morning gym goers and staff are respectful, so I'm adding another star. If I could put 2.5, I would.

Gym is spacious and equipments are new . I am also taking classes from Mario (personal 1-1 training). He is good, motivating and helped me build routine with weights and cardio in a balanced way.

Gym is spacious and new equipment is nice. Cleanliness is very mid, there is a build up of dust and dust bunnies everywhere. The only real guarantee I have of anything being cleaned is when they clean the bathroom once every couple days and the fact that there are always wipes available for gymgoers to use to clean up after ourselves. Cold dip water looks disgusting and doesn’t seem to be cleaned enough if not even regularly at best. Sauna is full of dust and sweat stains. Also there is no true bench press so you have to use the squat racks. Attendants are available for a very short span of operating hours. Gym crowd is very respectful and friendly.

Phenomenal gym, new equipment, spacious and overall quality gym. Just isn’t perfect as this place does not have a water refill FILTER station. Just a water fountain that taste like CANCER. Otherwise awesome gym. Hope they get a better water station soon

As a Muay Thai and combat sports gym owner, I appreciate this gym a lot. It clean, spacious and has everything that an athlete may need. There are a few special amenities that are a big plus as well. Massage chairs and cold plunge therapy.
I also like that it is 24 hours and I can use at my own pace with my busy lifestyle.
