I can't even begin to describe what a gift it has been to work with Mike. After going on a GLP-1 due to being diabetic I knew building muscle was extremely important. Mike was recommended through a friend who said it was the best money she'd ever spent. After meeting and now working with him for about a year I couldn't agree with my friend more. He's attentive, supportive and so motivating. Always in tune with what you need. I never thought I'd look forward to going to the gym but now I do. I feel strong and healthy and a huge part of that is due to my work with Mike.

I’ve been online fitness training with Mike since April 2024 and I am so happy with the progress I’ve made! Online training works with my schedule and allows me to work from home while making time to workout. My confidence with the gym has grown tremendously and I feel comfortable using various types of machines that I normally would stay away from. I started out with the middle package basic training+ which helped me get great feedback on workouts and helped me gradually increase my weight. This was great as I was just getting started with my fitness journey and strength training. I currently am on the basic training program which is perfect for my lifestyle, and allows me to take ownership of my fitness progressing combined with Mike’s guidance. Online training is great for those who enjoy the flexibility of working out on their own schedule but with available support! This was one of the best investments I made in ME!

I've always wanted a trainer but my schedule made it impossible to meet at a reasonable time. I hit a plateau and needed some help, in comes Mike. We worked out a hybrid system. Think of an online personal trainer. Having an issue or question? Send him a video of you doing the exercises and he gets back to you
and tells you what to fix, or plan on a time you can check in person. We had a couple of in person sessions where he checked/fixed my form on the movements I'd be doing, and then planned out a series of workouts for the week. I like the online aspect of it because I have something I can use even when traveling. We've worked together for about 8 months now and it's pulled me closer to my goals

Coming from the fitness industry myself, I am so impressed by his knowledge, expertise, professionalism and focus on the whole self and not just the physical. 

Not only have I lost weight and inches, I'm getting stronger and most importantly I am out of pain. My number one concern was finding someone who had enough education to help me to recover and build strength safely. I've had tight hips for years, knee pain, and poor ankle mobility.

Add to that the quarantine and me sitting in front of my computer all of the time, my core has even gotten weaker. I am so happy he pays attention to every detail and I can tell my exercises and regimen are customized to my individual needs.

I came to Mike postpartum, feeling out of shape. Mike has been training me from my house and the gym for the past 6 months, and I have started feeling so much better from a pain perspective and a confidence perspective. Michael's training approach is very different from the fitness trainers I had before. I had worked with a fitness trainer for over three years before, and although I made some initial progress, my previous trainer did not pay enough attention to my changes, and continued to use the same training approach. 
 
I have been training with Michael for over three months now, and he is always very focused during each session, paying attention to every movement I make and ensuring its accuracy, rather than just adding weight blindly. If he finds that my strength is sufficient, he immediately increases the difficulty in the next set to challenge my limits. Additionally, he changes the training content every few weeks based on my performance. Every time I just get used to a set of movements, he changes the entire training approach, forcing my body to adapt again. I really like this highly challenging training approach, every session with him challenges me to push myself further, and with his professional guidance, I feel the changes in my body. I look forward to every training session with him. Michael is suitable for anyone who loves fitness and enjoys challenging their limits.

 In the sea of personal trainers, Mike really stands out. I’ve worked with trainers before, and while it’s worked out sort of OK, I’ve never worked with anyone like Mike. He knows what he’s doing, and he pushes me to be better without breaking me. I love that he focuses on form and really works with me to get it right.
