Becca is really great. She is so positive and worked with me to set realistic and attainable goals. She mixes up my workouts and makes it fun. She is open to feedback and integrating my ideas into the workouts. She offers both indoor and outdoor options so you can exercise where you feel most comfortable.

I love Rebecca! I came to her after a long pandemic break, feeling sedentary and wanting to get back to a fitness routine. She’s been very motivational and has tailored my workouts to my individual needs. She cares deeply about women’s health and helps me prioritize my health and wellness without focusing solely on “the scale.” I also have a couple of pre-existing injuries that she’s mindful not to let me aggravate, while still pushing me towards my goals - she went as far as to collaborate with my physical therapist and incorporates my PT exercises into my routines. She’s supportive and hilarious - I love her direct communication style and the fact that she holds me accountable with a great sense of humor. She also checks in with me regularly - sending me text reminders of workouts that I can do when I’m not with her. I’m so grateful to be working with her. Thank you, Rebecca!

Rebecca is a great trainer! I have lower back issues, so she tailors my routines in a way where I can work out & not hurt my back further. She is very knowledgable about the body and explains in real-time which muscles are activated by the exercise you perform. I appreciate this as it allows me to learn about what my body does & what it needs. She provides the option to do workouts inside at a gym or outside in a park. I am very happy I chose the park because it makes the workout more enjoyable. Rebecca brings the gym to you (even the music), so all you need to bring is a water bottle! I have a pup that likes to go with me places and she invited him to hang out during our workout, which I LOVED. She also isn't one of those trainers that yell at you & make you work out until you collapse. Her style is more 1) laughing makes everything better 2) wants you to enjoy your workout, not make you feel like you are dying 3) shares knowledge so you can make better choices for yourself. I do appreciate her kind reminders via text i.e. "Get your movement in", "Get those walks in before the rain", "Gorgeous day out, get your walk and core work in". I recommend Rebecca and her expertise to anyone who wants to learn about themselves, learn about their body, increase their daily movement and be more confident in themselves & how to do exercise correctly. The laughing & having a good time is guaranteed :)

I found personal trainer Becca Stern through a web search. I selected her for training because of her dance background and expertise in posture. Post-pandemic, I needed one-on-one customized training that helped me strengthen my core, improve my posture, and get me back into shape after two years of slacking off. Becca considers all these factors in designing a workout routine--this includes strengthening my quads since I have arthritis in my right knee, and increasing my upper body strength. Rebecca is also extremely personable and upbeat, which makes each session fun. I highly recommend her if you want to achieve your physical fitness goals.

have been working out with Rebecca for almost 18 months now. After two kids and many months of working from home, I was out of shape, had terrible posture, and had chronic aches and fatigue.

Rebecca was very thorough in her analysis of my posture and provided a lot of really good insights on improving my posture. As I continued working with her, she demonstrated so many micro-changes to my posture. She customizes my workout plan for each week based and keeps me challenged with new exercises each week. Many of my chronic aches are gone, I have gained more lean muscle and I feel fabulous. And I could not have done this without Rebecca's amazing skills and overall encouragement. And she does all of it with a big smile and good humor. Every workout is different, challenging, and fun.
