Get It Done is one of the best facilities on the west coast. I’ve been fortunate to develop as a player throughout my career there from high school to college and professionally. It’s a joy to get to coach my youth teams in their events now.

Booked court time at Get It Done Sports Arena through their website for a volleyball lesson I was hosting. There was no indication anywhere online that the gym was closed, unavailable, or under any kind of tech maintenance. The reservation went through, we paid the $80, and showed up ready to train.

When we got there, the doors were locked, lights off, no one in sight. We waited until our scheduled time (6 PM), called multiple times, and heard nothing. About 30 minutes later, someone finally returned the call... Only to inform us that they "no longer accept volleyball reservations" and that their tech team is on vacation, so there's been no way to remove or block off those booking slots online.

Apparently this isn't the first time it's happened, which makes it even worse. If you know the site is taking incorrect bookings, you should not be charging people, especially with zero signage, communication, or follow-up. Thankfully, they said the charge will be refunded, but the whole situation felt careless and unprofessional.

Until this is fixed, I wouldn't recommend booking here for anything. Hopefully they get their system, and communication, figured out.

This facility needs serious improvement—there’s never enough seating, and the referees are often unqualified or in short supply. It’s not held to a high standard, and they allow unorganized events to be held here just for a money grab. Something about this place just seems to bring out the worst in both players and coaches. The entire facility and its management need a complete revamp.

Basketball games are played from open to close, from all age groups. Teens to men's, they have bathrooms and no food unless you bring it or someone brings a food stand and is selling it. Good amount of parking, but gets filled up with a lots of tournament play. Don't worry there's street parking.

The gym had no air circulation or air conditioning. It was 98 degrees outside and with no air conditioning absolutely insufferable. I had my baby with me, and my son was playing basketball in extreme heat. He could’ve passed out. This was unsafe and unacceptable, especially for families. There needs to be proper ventilation, or air conditioning to make this environment safe for everyone.

Lastly, you can’t walk anywhere without walking on the basketball court during the games.

When paying to get in you have unprofessional staff. My child backpack was stollen on the same court he was playing on DUEING HIS GAME. I see you have cameras inside the facility where my son was having his basketball game and I was told that they didn't know if the cameras worked or not so I asked who do I speak to so I can know who can help me. However the staff is unprofessional sitting their by the cheap snackbar on her phone. She did not call or go ask someone if the cameras worked. Worst basketball facility ever.

Zero stars

Contacted this place at the number listed to try and see if they had any type of lost as found as my kid lost some stuff while playing in a tournament there. Some rude jerk answered the phone without even identifying that they were an employee, just answered with “Hello” and when I asked if this was the Get It Done Sports Arena they just said “who is calling”

What kind of business does that?

I asked again if this was Get It Done Sports Arena and the rude jerk hung up the phone. Unprofessional, rude, and not helpful.

To top it off, the courts there are slippery, there is zero room on the sidelines, and there are literally physical objects like plumbing extending out onto the court of play (court 3, check it out yourself!)

This place and the folks that supposedly “work” there are trash

I’d be shocked if kids weren’t leaving this place injured all the time. It’s a liability waiting to happen

I went to support my nephew today August 3, 2024. This establishment is unbearable. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING and it felt like 104 degrees inside. We had to go outside to cool off. If you are going to support a player bring a portable fan and water mister. Many first time parents were dissatisfied and vowed not to return and first time coaches don't want to use this facility again. I was told this establishment has been operating for over ten years so upgrades definitely should have been completed by now. SMH!!!
