I’ve dealt with sciatica for years and was told I had both a herniated disc and a bulging disc. After having my baby, I really wanted to get stronger, so I turned to Pilates, thinking it would be the perfect solution. But over the course of a year and a half, I found myself getting injured three times. Twice, the pain was so severe I had to crawl on the floor because I couldn’t walk. It didn’t make sense—Pilates was supposed to help me build core strength, not leave me hurting. After the second big setback in six months, I knew I needed to try something different.
That’s when I stumbled across a Google review about Ginna. One of her past clients had also suffered from a herniated disc, yet he was now deadlifting over 100 pounds. That gave me hope, and I decided to reach out. From our very first two-day trial, Ginna pinpointed the root cause of my pain. Six months later, after training with her twice a week, I can deadlift 90 pounds. More importantly, I can carry my three-year-old without my back aching—a simple thing that now feels like a huge win.

Ginna has been such an important part of my training. She's helped me get stronger while still being athletic. I started working with Ginna in 2023 when I was recovering from surgery. I needed a trainer who could help me recover at the right speed, and to help get over my anxiety about returning to training. Ginna was constructive and patient, always explaining the motivation behind each exercise and watching out for any signs of pain. Six months later, I am back to training with confidence, and making continuous progress. I can't recommend Ginna enough. Our twice-weekly sessions are effective, motivating and also great fun.

Physical and Mental growth with Ginna!
I’ve been working out with Ginna for over a year now. In my first session with her I was in so much pain and had no energy. Today she actually gave me chalk to lift weights. I’ve never been trained so well to advance like I have.
She’s also supportive in every sense. Recovering from injuries is tough, and it held me back mentally. Ginna brought me up and over that threshold.
I'm also excited that she does training over video if I ever move!

Ginna is THE BEST! I have been working with her over 6 months now and I am always excited to get to my workout. She always has a great attitude and is always more than willing to listen to what you need out of your session. She constantly has accommodations for me when needed and continually pushes me to go the extra mile. She’s a wonderful trainer (and now friend!) and I can’t recommend her enough!

"I started working with Ginna a year ago, and highly recommend her! During our first meeting, we set goals to help me recover from a shoulder injury and improve my upper body strength. While I was lifting 1-2 pound weights during our first sessions, I'm now lifting 10 pound ones, which I had never imagined! I feel stronger and more confident and know I'm setting myself up for better health and wellness as I get older. Ginna is a great listener, which hasn't been my experience with previous trainers. She's great at pushing me to improve while moving at a pace that I'm comfortable with. I have worked out with Gina for over a year and it's been an incredible experience!
First of all, her workouts are custom every week and you quickly see results. Also, she is watching your body and range of motions so you won't be injured in the process. Lastly, her energy and enthusiasm is unmatched, you will look forward to your workouts with Gina!
If you are thinking about getting a personal trainer, I would highly suggest speaking to Gina. I know I was blown away by her empathy and ability to help me reach my goals.

I found GinnaFit over the pandemic. I have always been active with hiking, yoga, jogging, walking, etc but wanted to find a trainer who would help me build muscle and strength. With gyms/studios closed and so much time spent on tech for work, I was driven to find a trainer who conducted sessions outside. From day one when I met Ginna, she made me feel welcome and at ease. I had never worked with a trainer before and was not sure what to expect. Ginna is the perfect combination of encouraging, friendly, and knowledgeable, and kept me challenged! I learned so much about proper form and SLOWING down while doing weight reps and various lower body movements. I trained with Ginna for about 2 years and I always looked forward to the work out! I am incredibly grateful for all Ginna taught me while I focused on my fitness goals. Ginna is a gem, super fun and overall wonderful person. I highly recommend her!

I have worked with Ginna for several years and can highly recommend her. She really knows bodies, muscles, and fitness and is very passionate about being fit and helping others. As a physician I appreciate how well she know anatomy and physiology and how she integrates that in her work with clients. I’ve been working with GinnaFit for almost four months now. I have seen a significant improvement in my body and mindset (I lost two pounds and two inches within my first month!). With anything in life, what you put into it, is what you will get out of it. Ginna has helped me to get over the slump I was in post pandemic. Since working with Ginna I have significantly cut sugar out of my diet and incorporated healthy eating habits. The exercise routines keep my body guessing and the results are AMAZING. Ginna is a phenomenal trainer and has a vast knowledge of our human bodies! She takes what she does seriously and it shows within your own body! Ginna is amazing, and very accommodating for all fitness levels. I was recovering from some shoulder issues and Ginna gave me a modified work out that helped me follow the Physical Therapist's recommendations, while giving my body time to recover and building necessary core strength.
More than this, Ginna is great at motivating you to move, and improve your fitness, and is funny and a great trainer. If I could I would go to her every day.
Also - she can do workouts outside, which is awesome for your mood and there's no competition for equipment like in a gym! If you're thinking about going to her, just try it. I was in terrible shape when I started, and I feel so much better thanks to Ginna!
