I love training at The Glass House! Working with Charlize has helped me improve my hip hop technique and style. Her choreography is very advanced and intricate, but she breaks it down really well. We work hard, but we have so much fun doing it! I absolutely love her personality. I feel so grateful to work with her.

This new gem of a dance studio is a Godsend for those of us who love to dance, want a variety to choose from (they have all types of dance & fitness classes), but want an easier option than joining a gym. I love that I can pay per class or purchase a bundle and there's super easy parking. Leah, the owner has created an LA quality dance studio for kids and adults of all levels. Lots of great class time options too! Don't miss Heather's Zumba on Thursday's at 9:30am it's off the charts good!

I really LOVE this place, specially Strong Nation instructor Krista. She is the best, her classes are so dynamic, fun and strong. You really workout with her in different levels even if you’re knew to Strong Nation. I’ll promise you that your gonna sweat and burn calories.
