Glow Yoga has been my sanctuary for the past five years, offering a truly transformative experience. The studio provides an incredible variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates, barre, strength training, and yin yoga with sound baths. Beyond the classes, their amenities—such as massages, facials, and red light therapy—create a holistic wellness experience that’s second to none.

What truly sets Glow Yoga & Wellness apart is the sense of community. As a San Francisco native, I’ve rarely encountered such a welcoming and uplifting group. Natasha, the heart and soul of this studio, fosters this connection by organizing special events that go beyond the mat. From holiday celebrations to workshops with guest instructors and advanced classes, she continuously inspires personal growth and self-discovery. She even plans group retreats, offering opportunities for spiritual exploration and deeper connections.

I don’t often write reviews, but this one feels essential. Glow Yoga is more than a studio—it’s a shared journey of positivity, support, and transformation. Natasha is a true gem, radiating love, respect, kindness, and generosity. She genuinely cares about each member, always checking in on our well-being and creating an inclusive, glowing atmosphere. This community is a gift, and I’m grateful to be part of it.

Glow Yoga & Wellness is a delightful oasis in North Beach. It's been inspiring to witness how Natasha, founder and owner, has grown and reinvented herself and the studio many times, with different offerings, schedules and even locations (classes were taught at the parks during the pandemic!). The pursuit has always been to build a fun community that values a holistic approach to health and self-care. I appreciate how there's a lot of focus on form, alignment and recovery in every class, all in support of graceful, active aging and overall wellness.

The other day, I stopped by and spontaneously took the new Glow Strength class, focused on developing our muscles and strengthen our bones (crucial tasks as we age!). It was fun and soooo hard working with the workout bands and keeping the right form. Humbling! And definitely what I was wanting to experience.

Thank you, Natasha, for your vision in creating Glow, and for your unwavering creativity and hunger to learn and try new things and to share it all with the beautiful community you created.

I am taking class at Glow for a year now and it has been a wonderful experience from the very begin.

You can find different type of classes and workshops, diffferent type of yogis and bodies.

It's a great place for clear the mind, strength the body, and eventually create a community.

I booked an 8min CBD Massage + Cupping + Lymphatic scrub + Red light
My session with Nora was amazing! I’ve never done full body red light therapy and it was a nice way to start. The scrub felt great and I really enjoyed the cupping. She spent a little extra time on my right elbow, as I’m recovering from tendinitis and it was much needed. I will be back!

If you’re hoping to find a barre/ yoga studio with a wonderful community (where you can easily make friends), inspiring + motivational instructors, and classes that kindly promote physical and mental health/ growth, look no further!!

I have had an unlimited membership at Glow since February 2023 (have attended 12 classes/ month minimum ever since) and I’m not looking back! Not only are the classes the most sustainable workouts I’ve ever completed, but I genuinely feel I have grown so much as a person being apart of Glow’s community. Glow’s has so many regular class-goers and people make a point to know/ remember each others names and what you talked about. I’ve met some incredible people in the classes - people I know are going to be my friends for a long time. The instructors are inspiring, motivational, and encouraging - they make you want to do/ be better and genuinely love seeing you progress/ succeed. The classes are so fun and I spend a lot of my workday get excited to go!

Can’t recommend checking out Glow enough - I feel so thankful for finding this community!

At the suggestion of my dermatologist, I used the red light therapy bed here to compliment traditional (Rx) treatment for eczema. After three treatments there was visible improvement in my overall skin quality and expedited healing of wounds caused by (scratching) eczema. I’ll continue treatments a few times a week for as long as my doctor continues to recommend it, and as long as i continue to see results. So far, it’s beneficial and feels great!

After some encouragement from a few friends, I took my first yoga class over 11 years ago at the age of 42, a beginners class at the YMCA, and followed it up with a couple of classes at different places around the city. It was very difficult in the beginning with my age and lack of flexibility, but I was intrigued by the practice and how energized it made me feel.

When Natasha opened Glow Yoga right across the street from my office, I jumped at the opportunity to start taking lunch time classes regularly. What first struck me about the Glow studio was the size, it was much more intimate and inviting than the previous studios I experienced, which were giant rooms with 80 - 100 people, making it very difficult to see and connect with the instructor. The space at Glow maxes out at around 25, so I was pleasantly surprised to only be a few feet from the teacher, which was incredibly valuable since I still had a lot to learn.

Beyond the benefits of close contact with the teachers, Natasha has created a place with a strong sense of community. You get to know the people on the mats around you, which fosters an uplifting atmosphere where everyone is comfortable and encouraging each other with positive vibes. This positivity all starts with Natasha, who always warmly greets everyone coming into the studio like they are part of her family.

Where Glow really shines are the teachers and the variety of offerings. Over the past 11 years, I have had the pleasure of taking classes from an incredible group of teachers, each with their own focus and style, so that you never feel like you are going through the motions, and you are always being challenged and learning new things. In addition to yoga, there are also a vast array of classes available, including core work, meditation, sound vibration, and massage.

I’m taking a lot of classes right now with Katrina, an amazing person who I would nominate for Yoga Teacher of the Year, if such thing exists. Katrina brings an incredible amount of energy and focus to her classes, always pushing to improve your physical strength and flexibility, while simultaneously slowing down and clearing your mind of all of the distractions that clog our brains in an ever increasing world of external stimulation.

This is why yoga is such an important practice, it strikes the right balance between physical and mental well being, and teaches you to understand what your body is telling you. At my age, strength and flexibility usually start a slow decline, but there’s no doubt that I am much stronger and more flexible then I was over 10 years ago, all thanks to Natasha and the wonderful teachers at Glow Yoga, and I intend to keep ‘Glowing’ as long as I can!

Joining Glow Yoga last year was the best decision I made for my health. My favorite classes are Glow Core Classes and Glow Flow, that reduced my back and shoulder pain. At the end of the Glow Flow class the instructor gives everyone a muscle - join cooling spray to use that smells amazing and makes me feel even more relaxed, I even bought one and now using it for literally everything: against headache (rubbing it on temples), tensed muscles, even during painful periods ( works if you rub in a little amount of it around your belly)

My wife and I just moved to the neighborhood and found our new yoga and pilates/barre home! Glow is my dream studio, having both great core workouts and relaxing and challenging yoga classes to choose from. It's super laid-back and is very welcome to people of all shapes and sizes. The location is perfect, close to Washington Square, very bright, airy, and peaceful ambiance. The SoundBath Yoga was a really interesting experience. Think experimental sound art meditation. Very cool. I highly recommend the hot stone yoga too. It's a perfect way to unwind.

I attended a sound bath meditation at Glow. It was a very relaxing experience, which stared with guided breath work before transitioning into the full sound bath. I've participated in several classes at Glow. While all of the experiences have been different, the Glow team consistently makes everyone feel welcome. They greet the first time attendees with the same warmth as they greet the regulars. I can't wait to go back for my next class.

I have been a member at Glow for about two months. I started with the 10 day unlimited classes and LOVED it. It's a very clean and professional studio with a warm heart. The owner and teachers are all amazing and always look after you. I now am a full member which includes unlimited classes, two treatments a month and unlimited infrared treatments. So far, so good, I'm so glad to have found this studio!

I've lived in SF for over 13 years and tried ALL the studios and the only one I have remained loyal and consistent with is Glow. I started as a Glow loyalist attending yoga classes for years and am now loving the variety of classes offered. I am obsessed with the signature Core classes and find myself going 4 times a week. These classes are great if you're busy as they are only 40 minutes and believe me when I say they are as effective as any hour long (dreadful) hardcore class I've ever taken. I watched my body actually change shape after a month of these classes. They are quick, fun and manageable. Not only is Glow effective and convenient, it's a wonderful community of neighborhood gals. I love and appreciate that my fitness routine also brings comradery and a sense of joy into my life as well. If you need motivation to work out but also motivation to stay grounded and happy, make Glow your second home!

I LOVE Glow! Glow offers a sweet and welcoming yoga + wellness community in North Beach. There are so many skilled teachers offering classes at this studio! Whether you want to stretch, sweat, get strong, or practice relaxation, there is truly something for everyone at this studio! I recently took the Scenic Stairs Cardio class with Tankut and it was amazing! We worked out while hiking telegraph hill as the sun was coming up. You must visit Glow! 🥰💜

I tried to cancel the membership both in person and via email several times - unsuccessfully. Is it okay if a member of your studio is being billed for 4 months without ever showing up? What do you take attendance for then? When I finally reached you a couple of week ago you decided to refund me for 1 month out of 4 arbitrarily, even if I have the emails that prove I asked for the membership to be canceled four months prior to this. Unacceptable. This is fraud you know?

I took a Sunrise Yoga class at Glow (7 AM) after signing up for Class Pass. I arrived and the studio was clean, well heated, and smelled great (like cedar, maybe?). It actually took me a while to get used to the scent and heat of the studio as it was pretty dry and almost stuffy. It did make me feel a bit more flexible and warmed up as I started my workout. The class was just the right level of difficulty for an early morning and woke me up without being too overwhelming. My instructor taught the flow at a fast pace which was, at times, difficult to keep up with but this is probably not the case with all instructors there. Would recommend it if you're a Class Pass user and looking for something new!

Just took an amazing yoga class at Glow Yoga in North Beach, San Francisco. The owner of the studio, Natasha, was the instructor and I must say, it was the best yoga class I've ever practiced in. Tough but well rounded and flowing, we controlled our breathing, focused on each major muscle group (head to toe), without strain, and finished gently and on time to make my lunch meeting. Monday's at 12 noon!
