This gym is exactly what so many women are looking for. I'm here every morning my schedule allows me to be. They have organized workouts that are designed specifically for physical and mental strength, improving your fitness goals, and giving you the ultimate workout in less than an hour. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and put on such a great class. Everyone's amazing, but Chelsea, Monica, Daniel, and Alex get a special shout out as they've pushed and encouraged myself and the other ladies in the most supportive, coachable way. The facility was very spacious and clean. I saw boxing punching bags, plenty of workout stations, and machines throughout the floor. The decor was welcoming, and I enjoyed the workout. instructions were clear, and the instructor walked around motivating and helping everyone out to make sure they were in the correct position. I will definitely plan to go to another class!

I was really nervous about starting to work out again team at this location are supportive, challenging, energetic. They keep you going through your workout. They show you how to do the moves properly and teach you proper form will also challenging yourself to push with weight but also encouraging you to complete your goal. They also will provide modifications if you feel that it is too advanced for you. What I love about this location is you can step into the class at any time there’s no certain rotation, and every person attending, and every coach will help you through your workout!!!!!!

After years of going to co-ed gyms, I can’t explain how happy I am to finally be in a space just for women. It honestly makes such a difference. I feel like I can actually take up space here and just be — no awkwardness, no judgment, just focus. It reminds me of being back in Dubai and Saudi, where women-only gyms are the norm and feel more like little wellness retreats. This gym gives that same boutique, elevated vibe, but in the best, most down-to-earth way.

Coach Chelsea is the BEST. She will make sure you’re sweating and pushing yourself every time, but somehow you still leave smiling. Her energy is everything.

Only thing I wish? That they were open during mid-day hours and had a little area for kids to hang while we work out. That would honestly take this place to the next level for busy moms like me.

So thankful for this space. 10/10 recommend to any woman looking for a supportive, strong, and welcoming place to move your body and feel good.

I have tried a few booty boot camps and this place has been my favorite. I love the attention that the instructor gives to each person, instead of just mimicking the working the workouts I was taught the correct form on each one. The instructor was very nice as well. And I definitely felt the burn. Happy to finally find a class that is effective and enjoyable.

It can be intimidating to go to the gym but I genuinely feel this place is so safe and welcoming. So far Front Desk has been so accommodating, Coaches are so helpful when I need help, and the facility is clean. I waited years to join and it has been one of the best decisions for myself and continuing my fitness journey. The facility is well kept and classes are well organized, engaging and personable. I finally found my place! I’ve been coming to Glute camp for about 6 months and I absolutely love it. The coaches are amazing, especially love Chelsea, Ashley, Lidia and Mando (I’m sure the evening coaches are amazing too, but I’m usually there in the mornings). Richie teaches an amazing kickboxing and ab class as well. I was having a hard time motivating myself to get to the gym when I had a membership to a chain gym. Always felt intimidated in the weight area, and hated waiting for the machines that I knew how to use, to open up. So the result was, I made excuses and I never went. I drove by this gym one day and decided to give it a try. From the first class I was hooked. The staff is so positive and motivating. They make classes enjoyable and still help you push your limits. I love that everyone can go at their own pace, and there is NO JUDGEMENT. The other members are also so positive and everyone is welcome. I highly recommend this gym to any woman looking for a wonderful, positive and safe gym to help you be your best version of you.

I held a membership with this establishment for a year, but I was unexpectedly charged after the membership period had ended. This experience has raised concerns about their business practices, which I found to be questionable and lacking transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility to others in the area. There are many other workout facilities that offer better value and a more straightforward customer experience. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

-having male trainers makes no sense, if you are women owned/ operated?
-workouts are very simple, when you compare it to the membership price, using more machinery/ updated technique should be a priority. ( not repeating basically the same workout every week)

overall: pleasant workout/gym, but I think making small and intentional changes would make workouts stand out from other oc gyms/ increase business.

My first review on class pass was too nice (because I am a nice person) and all of my friends said the fact that I left out the part of the newest trainer, manager, owner whoever she was named Mo or Monica calling the police on me for no reason at all was uncalled for & should be made public
I’ve used ClassPass since they first became an app and the only bad review I ever received was from Glute Camp, I am also sponsored by 2 well known fitness brands, and I just love fitness so this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a gym
I’m 30 years old, and I’ve been working out my entire life .. I started gymnastics at 2 years old for reference

Mo was upset that I didn’t watch her demo of a wallsit and some of the most basic workouts, Glute camp is a great gym for beginners, and they do have some amazing nice trainers there like Ashley & Mando
But the fact that ALL of the other trainers say you can just start if you know how to do the movements and basic wall sits & side steps are very easy for someone like me so I loaded my rack and was ready to start working out

We warm up and stretch in the beginning and end so you end up maybe with a 35 min workout & I was ready to go
So Mo comes in my face yelling telling me to get out bc I didn’t follow policy, I asked what policy she gave me no answer
She said are you taking this class? Of course I am I did the warm up, she checked me in, and it’s clear she was just giving me attitude for no reason, then says I need to move racks bc my weights might hit someone doing wall sits, which ok that’s fine

So I asked another question can I move to the next one or just stay right here bc I like the corner & they had double my arm length away from the people doing wall sits plus I had weight locks on my bar it would have been very very hard to have an accident BUT instead of answering my simple questions
The trainer Mo went on to call the police, yell at me and ruin my workout plus others
Then after feeling embarrassed, Attacked, and targeted I make comments on my IG story saying how sad I am that I can’t support them anymore and leave a review on ClassPass (screenshot from IG post in photos)
The Business writes back on ClassPass as if I am some crazy lady to protect their name but that is far from the truth
They continue to threaten me with cops and lawyers but I know my rights and I’m not afraid to stand up for myself

Karma will happen to that very mean lady Mo for telling lies on me.. not once did I yell, curse, raise my voice or disrespect her

I even asked her do you just not like me or are you having a power trip bc I didn’t do anything to deserve this
All of the other trainers were my friends, we made jokes, and some even followed me on IG

From the bottom of my heart I feel it’s important that everyone who supports this gym know who they have working for them and what she is capable of

The truth always comes out and it isn’t ok to treat people poorly, yell, threaten them, target, and not answer your clients questions

I would normally send people to this gym, but I informed the 3 friends who started booking there because of me not to support them and many believe and support me

I would tag and help them get business now I proudly say
I WILL NEVER SUPPORT OR GO ANYWHERE NEAR GLUTE CAMP FITNESS

Horrible experience!
I showed up to the class, early and excited to try out the studio for the first time and get in a good booty workout. Then right as the class was about to start, the instructor told me that I would not be able to participate because of my shoes. I wear special shoes that are for flat feet, but have a bare top. She said “those are Pilates shoes, you can’t wear those here.” I corrected her and said, “no these are in fact, athletic shoes.” She then said, “well I have to start the class. She’ll refund you your credits.” Pointing to the receptionist and meaning my ClassPass credits. I have NEVER had any gym reject me because of my shoes!
I walked over to the receptionist, she was supposed to refund me my credits.
Now, days later, I got an email saying I missed the class and was charged $12 for missing. I checked my bank account, and sure enough, I was charged.
I should not have been charged, when, in fact I showed up.
Awful experience! Now I’m struggling to get a hold of them.

I love how they focus on just lifting weights. Workouts are great and they make sure you go at your own pace but also motivates you and pushes you to do more than you think you can. Chelsea is a really great trainer. she makes sure you have mind to muscle connection and not just rushing through each exercise. I signed up for a 1 year contract, honored the entire contract although I had to move out of the area about halfway through. Once the contract is up, I reach out to cancel. The contract has already ended, but it went month to month, they send me cancellation form I send it back same day. While I was in contract, I was billed on the 12th of each month. I cancelled on the 10th, & they billed me same day! They changed my billing date just to bill me again for nothing? Disgusting and petty business practices.

I am very happy I decided to join Glute Camp!
After my first free session I was in between two gyms but after speaking with Stephanie the receptionist who by the way is just the sweetest and always has a smile on her face, the decision was pretty clear and easy, I joined that same day.
The coaches are amazing! Coach Mando and coach Chuy!
My favorite coach (sorry guys) is definitely coach Chels! Her classes always kick my butt but in the best way! She is always motivating us and stays on top of us to not give up and always keep pushing to the max and I love that!
I am very thankful for the motivation ALL coaches give when taking their classes and very happy with my results so far!
Definitely recommend anyone thinking of joining to join! 🤗

I’m really enjoying Glute Camp as part of my weekly fitness routine which I supplement with yoga and cardio. Every workout is different and it goes by fast. Definitely the best glutes class I’ve taken - I finally feel the burn in my glutes that I have been trying to achieve forever! I'm not comfortable as a beginner lifting heavy weights without guidance and I have never had a class like this where everyone has a whole station for themselves! So far I’ve had Chuy and Brittany and they were both amazing trainers and at the desk they are so helpful and friendly! I have pretty far to travel to get to the class but it's so worth it to me!

My experience with Glute Camp was a little different than the rest of the reviews. Firstly, I want to state that I signed up for this gym after one class, and I think if I had waited and taken a few more drop-in classes I might have realized it might not have been a good fit for me before signing up.

This gym places a large emphasis on weight-lifting with the bar and at the rack. I am not super comfortable using the bar and rack so I always felt a little intimidated when doing these workouts. In one of my early classes, Daniel was the trainer and I let him know that I would need one of the lighter bars because I could not complete the exercise with a normal bar. he asked me to do a rep to confirm before giving me a lighter bar. To me, this was a red flag. I understand gyms are meant to push your limits but if a member expresses that they are not comfortable completing an exercise as is, I think it is important to listen to them. After this experience, I started moving away from the weight lifting classes and taking the boxing classes instead.

This brings me to another point: there are several male trainers in a women’s gym. I only trained with Daniel in a weight lifting class, so I can’t speak for the other male trainers, but it just seems a little against the ethos of the brand to have several male trainers at a women’s gym. Are there not enough capable women trainers???? It’s just a weird vibe.

So I started taking the boxing classes with Coach Ritchie instead of the other class options. Despite the fact that the boxing classes are taught by another male trainer, I have to say that Coach Ritchie was awesome and his classes were the highlight of my experience at this gym. It was super fun and a great workout, and I never felt pressured to keep going or do moves that weren’t comfortable. I highly recommend trying one of his classes.

After a few months though, I started using my membership less and less and I decided it was time to cancel and find a gym that was a better fit for me. This is where the majority of my issues lie. Daniel (who I believe is co-owner or manager as well as being a trainer) was the person who handled my cancellation. Again, it’s extremely weird that they have a MAN handling the most intimidating portion of the gym experience (cancellation) at a WOMEN’S GYM. He gives me the usual back and forth, oh do you want to pause the membership, decrease the frequency of the lessons, to which I say no. After I finally get and return the cancellation form, he just stops responding. I sent four emails over the course of six days, and heard nothing back. So I go into the gym to cancel, and finally get to speak with Daniel, and he says “he only handles certain inquiries on certain days of the week.” What???? So there was no day in the six day period where I was reaching out that you were able to handle cancellations???? K bye. Once I went into their location, I was able to confirm with Daniel that the membership would be cancelled and I was finally FREEEEEE.

My review is definitely in the minority, so this might be a great fit for others and just wasn’t for me. Either way, I think it’s good to have a full picture of a gym, the good and the bad, before you sign up.

I’m so happy I found this place! I lost all my motivation after I had my son and I knew I needed to do something different in order to achieve a healthier lifestyle. During my first visit the staff and other gym attendants were so kind! I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. It was a complete judgment free zone with a really supportive coach. My first class was with Monica. She’s amazing! She made sure my form was correct and offered modifications if needed. I wanted to update bc I am so happy with everything. I have been diagnosed with a condition and had been getting tested for other autoimmune diseases bc of my high blood markers. My doctor had mentioned that doing HIIT workouts can help much more than cardio. I was so worried about finding a place until I found glute camp fitness. I feel so safe here. And my inflammation markers are so much lower after a few months. My C Reactive Protein levels went from 40 to 16. They are supposed to be lower than 4, but wow this is huge for me. I am sure they will keep getting lower as I continue:) I love glute camp fitness for always accommodating me in every way. :)
