GNG boxing is for the youth since the first day I signed my daughter up I knew this was the gym for her. I strongly encourage anyone interested to go in and ask for a trial session. I have seen growth and improvement not only with her health but her mental determination and motor skills. This gym is very family oriented and very welcoming for ages all around. I enjoy working with Coaches AB , Coach Virgil and Youth Coach Gabriel there dedication and drive has further developed anyone who attends.

I tried the adult class with coach AB with my friend and we absolutely loved it. We had no prior boxing knowledge and the coach was very patient, encouraging, and helpful. He broke down the moves and took time to answer our questions. We left being able to hit a little one two. 10/10 would def recommend!!!

GNG is the best boxing gym in the area, has amazing coaches that know how to teach and motivate kids from all levels of boxing, such a positive atmosphere, my son has gained so much confidence and knowledge at this gym

GNG BOXING is AWESOME. My son is 8 and loves to fight. The way they teach the kids to be responsible fighters is amazing. He's much calmer and understands cause and effect much better. Thanks GNG! 🙏🏾

GNG boxing is such a great place! My daughter was able to get the first class for free so she can see what boxing is all about and she loved it! Not only were they very professional but the coach was amazing! He really made us feel like we were already part of the GNG family!
