Overall wonderful experience. The instructor Lisa was very friendly (as are all the people there). The class helped with my stress and gave me the opportunity to stop the wheels from spinning in my mind. Highly recommend the Qigong class.

As soon as I walked up the stairs, I was in awe. Jan was a sweetheart too, she cleansed us with basil leaves & sea salt. She had an awesome snack tray displayed for us :) It was pretty amazing dancing to the music she selected. I left there at peace and sleep good that night :) thank you Jan!

I’ve been to this studio three times for three different types of yoga/meditation. They have a variety of offerings. It is a serene and inclusive atmosphere with truly welcoming staff. Bonus hot tea, no pretensions, no pressure, just kind, knowledgeable and passionate staff.
