I am seeing results! Houda is inspiring, fun, knowledgeable, compassionate, and tough. She monitors you closely for safety and to see when you're strong enough to kick it up a notch. Each workout is new and exciting, so you're never bored! This is her way of life, so she also gives great nutrition guidance for fellow omnivores and women as our bodies change. I feel stronger and more confident, and am starting to fit into my smaller clothes. I never thought I'd be able to achieve so much after major surgery and I feel so proud of what Houda continues to help me accomplish!

I started working with Houda 3 years ago. I already had a few years of experience in the gym but had reached a plateau. Houda listened to my goals and helped me target my weaknesses in a way I never could have done on my own. Not only has my body transformed, I also have better cardio, more mobility, flexibility, agility, power and strength. She uses positive reinforcement to push me and she celebrates the milestones we hit. She also helped me train for a Spartan and made it feel easy. I truly feel like an athlete now when we train. That being said, even if you’re not trying to be an athlete she will meet you where you are and make sure you reach your goals in a healthy way. Most of all we work hard but have so much fun!

Houda is honestly the best trainer you can ask for. She’s the first trainer I’ve had and I’ve never had a bad workout. She makes me feel so comfortable in our training session while at the same time she pushes me to do my best. Houda is the best trainer period!! I’ve had a few. My male trainer wasn’t pushing me hard enough, the other female trainer I had was nothing like Houda. Houda is truly the best. Houda is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. She challenges me in ways that I don't challenge myself and she customizes my workouts so that they are right for my body and what I'm trying to achieve. HUDA is in one word …. “Amazing!”
I have been training with Huda now 2-3 times a week.
I have gained a total of 15 lbs of muscle while reducing Fat! This has been great for my health and stamina!
Huda , is patient , and makes me feel like I am her only client when I workout with her each week.
She has designed a winning formula to help me get maximum results! It’s working!
I have been with other trainers before but honestly Huda is the best in the business!
