My boys absolutely love the Boys Strong class at Golden Dreams Gymnastics! Every week they come out smiling, energized, and proud of what they’ve learned. The program strikes the perfect balance of fun, skill-building, and confidence-boosting.

Coach Kristie deserves a special shoutout. She is truly exceptional—warm, patient, and incredibly skilled at meeting each child where they are. One of my boys has special needs, and she manages that with so much understanding and expertise. She knows exactly when to gently challenge him and when to offer extra support, and the growth we’ve seen because of her is incredible.

We’re so grateful for Golden Dreams Gymnastics and especially for Coach Kristie. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love Golden Dreams Gymnastics and can’t say enough about the incredible impact they’ve had on our daughter’s journey. After being overlooked at her previous (very large) gym, our Level 6 gymnast ended up with a broken foot that required surgery. Her doctor initially didn’t expect her to be cleared for at least four months, which was devastating.

Desperate to find a place that would truly see her and help her heal the right way, we found Golden Dreams—and it was the best decision we’ve ever made. The coaches took her in with so much care and attention, working closely with physical therapists to ensure her recovery was safe and effective. They made sure she maintained her strength and didn’t lose skills during the process.

Not only did she recover faster than expected, but she came back stronger than ever. Against all odds, she was able to compete in the final meet of the season—and not only that, she qualified for State and Regionals and hit personal records on every event, including her all-around score!

Golden Dreams is more than just a gym. It’s a place where kids are nurtured, supported, and empowered. We’re beyond grateful for the incredible staff and the way they believed in our daughter when it mattered most.

This gym is amazing! My daughter is on team and has excelled this past year. Just within the first few months of joining this gym last year, her confidence grew! She rang the bell multiple times (nailing new tricks) which just fueled her even more to do better and keep going. The coaches are so great with the girls and encouraging them to work hard, to be their best and to have fun. I like seeing the girls having days dedicated to certain apparatuses so they have time to learn, correct and get stronger. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help you out.

This is the first time my daughter has felt at “home” in a gym since started competitive gymnastics 7 years ago. Coaches Cogen, Vanessa, and Kristi have been nothing but spectacular and understanding with her. I am so glad we make the drive and made the switch! We're so thankful to have found Golden Dreams Gymnastics -- we attended a birthday party there and signed up for a class the following week. My daughter (1.5) loves going to class each week and both of my kids (1.5 and 3.5) beg to go to open gym. Coach Kristi is the best, the gym itself is clean and offers a wide variety of equipment and space, and my kids have a blast.

Golden Dreams Gymnastics is an amazing place for every kid and all ages. My 7 yr old daughter started Gymnastics here with no experience and 2 months later she’s doing perfect cartwheels and absolutely loves it! Coach Vanessa and Coach Kristi are amazing as well and it wouldn’t be the place it is without them. I Highly recommend coming in to check out the gym.

I enrolled my 2-year old as an energy-outlet back in the fall of 2023, and chose Golden Dreams because I know the owners (Vanessa and Cogen) are passionate about sport and coaching others. We have been so blessed by Coach Kristi, who is absolutely amazing with children and whom both my daughter and I absolutely adore. My daughter gets so burn some energy and learn coordination and balance under her guidance and doing it with friends!! We love Golden Dreams!!

Golden Dreams has sparked a love of gymnastics in our 7 yr old daughter. The coaches are AMAZING. Not only are they great with kids, they are masters of understanding body movement. They ensure the kids strengthen their bodies to keep them safe while learning gymnastics. The best part is that they also teach kids about community, accountability, integrity, and how to have fun while putting in work. The summer camps and date nights also help the kids (and us parents!) enhance their love of the gym! My daughter has really blossomed as a result of the loving coaching at Golden Dreams Gymnastics.

We are so happy with the quality of coaching at Golden Dreams Gymnastics! We switched to this gym due to class size and waitlist issues at our previous gym, and after just one trial class, we knew we had found the perfect place. We feel lucky and blessed that that we found Golden Dreams Gymnastics. We have done trials at other facilities and also enrolled in other places but this place is hands down the best place because of the owners and coaches. Coach Kristi is amazing!! It’s not just the gymnastics skills but she provides encouragement, gentle and empowering discipline and is very personable. My daughter is in the recreational level 2 class and as the group size has gotten bigger, safety was one of my concerns. But there was no need for that as I’ve noticed how attentive and focused she is on ALL of the students in the class. While she is assisting one, you can see her paying attention to the others that are taking turns doing other moves while complementing, correcting, and acknowledging them all. The energy coach Kristi brings to the class is just amazing. My daughter loves Coach Kristi!! Thank you!!!! Gymnastics days are our favorite day of the week!

Golden Dreams is AMAZING! My boys (22mo & 3.5yr) are always so excited to come here and have really developed a strong connection with Coach Kristi!

This gym is so friendly and so different from gymnastics gyms I have been to in the past. They really treat each kid like they care and they get to know them on a personal level. Oh, and their patience with the little kids is incredible!

Everyone here is so dedicated and always willing to do more to support the kids and families. We are so lucky to have found this place and especially grateful that we found coach Kristi! I’m really looking forward to watching my boys learn and grow with her.

All four of my kids love this place, every time we are there whether it's for a class, open gym or camp they never want to go home. The staff and coaches are great, friendly, very knowledgeable - their well rounded, fresh and holistic approach to training is what makes us love it. Coach Kristi is ALL my kids favorite. This review is long overdue- we have been going to golden dreams for over 6 months and we LOVE it- amazing coaches, staff, and atmosphere. My daughter is 3 and asks me multiple times if we can go to classes more than once a week because she loves it that much! Coach Kristi sets up the most creative rotations every week and she knows how to keep the kiddos engaged. She has the best energy and is the best coach we could ask for. So happy to be a part of this gym!

I can't say enough positive things about this gym! The owners are incredible, and the coaches are truly exceptional. How did we get so lucky to be part of such an amazing community? Coach Kristi is an absolute gem—I'm not sure what we'd do without her!

My 7-year-old daughter has tried other gymnastics facilities, but they always felt impersonal—like assembly lines for kids. The other places smelled like sweaty feet, had constantly rotating coaches, and only offered basic instruction. This gym, however, is completely different.

The owners and coaches are warm, welcoming, and truly invested in every child. They know how to build confidence in these kids so they try new things safely. They take the time to know each student, understand their abilities, and ensure they're placed in the right class with personalized coaching. It’s such a supportive and uplifting environment, and I’m so grateful we found this gym!

The owners are some of the nicest people ever! I took my 8 month old there for crawlers club and open gym to meet other babies her age. Coach Kristi was so welcoming of all the kiddos and so incredibly patient. She encouraged them to try new things and was with them the entire time. The facility is really nice and clean too! Highly recommend!
