Golden Hour is THE BEST! This studio is the reason I cancelled my classpass membership. I never saw myself fully committing to one place but the different classes and instructors keep things refreshing and new and the membership perks are great. The people are so nice and the studio itself is beautiful and always clean. Highly recommend!!!

Studio is indeed beautiful. But it’s not hot Pilates. Fans are on the whole time. Good for beginners if you want to go to a clean cool place.

Sol-Mat Pilates with Alyssa was my first pilates experience and it was incredible! Cardio + weight made for such a rewarding workout-definitely harder than I thought it would be but a great experience nonetheless. Alyssa was so nice and the class was very informative. I will definitely consider a membership!

I love Golden Hour!! So far I’ve tried two of their classes (Sol and Dawn) with two different instructors and both the instructors and class formats were amazing. They were perfectly challenging and had the best music. I love how clean and welcoming the space is and it has everything I look for in a studio!! I’ve tried different Pilates studios in north county and this is easily one of my faves- super easy to get to and parking is great as well, which can be annoying at other studios around here. My favorite touch was the cold eucalyptus towel after a sweaty workout. I highly recommend!!

I absolutely loved my first class at Golden Hour! The workout was the perfect mix of challenging and fun, and the energy in the room was amazing. The instructor kept everyone motivated and the other girls in class were so friendly it felt like I was making new friends right away. The studio itself is beautiful, super clean, well set up, with all brand-new equipment. I felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment I walked in which made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be taking more classes!

Golden Hour Heat in Carlsbad is amazing!!! I just finished a HIIT workout here and the trainer was wonderful! super motivating and supportive. The overall energy in the studio is warm and welcoming, which has always been a point of concern for me when joining new workout studios. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, and you can tell they truly care about their community. If you’re looking for a place to get in shape while feeling comfortable and encouraged, this is it. 10/10 recommend!
