It's a REAL gym...not a goofy "health club".

Nice environment but since they had new front desk people the gym is not a friendly place to workout. Some of the front desk employees are rude. They need to remember that they are the face of the facility when members come in.

Always clean, the staff are nice, and not too crowded. Only ever waited a max of 5mins for a machine or weights.
Single floor weight room and cardio section downstairs and locker rooms and showers upstairs. Did not have a sauna, running track, any swimming, basketball/volleyball courts.

It's a much more personable and cozy environment than the other larger Gold's Gyms I have been to.

Currently, my go to Gold's. Plenty of parking and very spacious just like most gold's. They still have CRT TV's though, which is their only downfall.

Always a clean gym to go to and its only a few minutes from my house. I used to go to the Santa Clara gym, but it was always so busy and had a hard time getting a full workout routine in due to machines always being used (not a bad thing for a business but for me it didnt work). This golds isnt as busy and I can always find a machine to use whether for cardio or for any weight lifting.

Ever since this gym received new employees, it's service has gone downhill. These high ego, stern, and arrogant employees (I'm only referring to two males) only complain about my gym bag on the floor, but they do not bug the other members about it. The guy in the red shirt told me it's because they don't want anyone's items stolen from their bags, but putting my gym bag in a unsupervised cubby will not prevent that... stupid logic. These guys are prejudice on certain people (The younger crowd), will go to the ends of the earth to nag at me and my training partners, and will not pick on those who are bigger than them. I miss the old employees and hope this gym does something about their newbies.
I was also told I could use my chalk as long as it's confined and I kept it clean, but only these newbies complain about it and it really grinds my gears... Do they even lift?

This gym needs to be updated. How about some TVs that are from this century? Lately the equipment just seems dirty, I see people all the time get off the equipment without cleaning it. For this reason I clean the equipment I use before and after I use it.

No complaints here. I'm here for the summer, and they had a 3-month pay-up-front membership for $79. I would assume longer-term memberships are similarly priced, probably a little cheaper, but I don't know. The buying process was painless - I asked them how much it would cost for a summer membership, and they answered me with a price. No going into a back room and dealing with a salesperson for 20 minutes, no haggling at all, nobody saying things like "if you join right now, I can knock X off the price as a special deal just for you." They were straight with me and I appreciate that.
The gym itself is pretty big - 4 squat racks, lots of benches, dumbbells up to at least 120, maybe higher. Lots of machines and a variety of cardio things. Only complaint is that there is only one platform, kind of off in a back corner, but I've never had to wait to use it. I usually go on weekend afternoons and friday evenings, which I would think would be some of the more crowded times, and it's never been so crowded that it affected my workout at all - whatever I want there's usually one of them open.

Big gym with plenty of equipment. It has a bit more of a "pick-up" vibe than the Mt View location I am used to but nowhere near someplace like 24 hour fitness. The area is a bit dodgy so be aware at night. It is an "up and coming neighborhood" if you were looking for a home here.
