Stopped in from out of town for a day pass. $10 for the day, Oct 2025. It's notable, you can only get a day pass when the gym is staffed Mon-Fri 9am-1pm. Small gym but great variety of high quality equipment. My only criticism is the showers had absolutely zero water pressure and were cold.

There are toxic electronic air “fresheners” at nearly every corner of the gym, I don’t like inhaling neuro-toxic chemicals while working out. It is not disputed that air “fresheners” are toxic to health in a variety of ways. Why put them in a gym? This is my only issue with the gym otherwise it is great.

To Good Guys Gym, Lauren, Clay and Jesse, you guys are a gem in Willits. Excellent equipment, thoughtful people who work to keep Good Guys a place where I certainly would be comfortable exercising. 10/10 will always be happy to promote this place and the family who brought us Good Guys Gym.

A clean and well laid out gym with both new machines and free weights. And despite what someone here says, the bathrooms are clean, and I've seen no ants. Just a reminder to some that this is a gym and not a spa.

I feel we're lucky to have this establishment in such a small town.

My grips (reason for only 4 stars):
If I can hear the music over my own ear buds, it's too loud.
People bringing unsupervised kids in. No one under 16 should be allowed inside for safety reasons.
Came in one cold morning and there was no heating.
