“I started doing workout sessions with Michael almost two years ago after I finished physical therapy. My doctor said the best thing I could do for myself is the lift weights.
Michael has taught me so much about weight lifting to strengthen my body. Also, he works so hard to find ways for me to work muscles when I have to do a work around because of my physical limitations. Michael is a great trainer.”

Michael is the best trainer I had. I had 2 other trainers in my life but Michael does take special care in my weight loss journey. His methods are unique especially the scrapping and cupping to release knots and for free blood flow has really helped me to with my body movement and sleep. His schedule is very flexible and accommodating. On top of it, he has such a humble personality which you will like. He doesn't give up on you and keep pushing you to the limit. I highly recommend anyone looking for a trainer to try Michael out. You will not be disappointed.

“I went to Michael upon experiencing a severe issue with my back. After becoming paralyzed due to having a herniated disc, I had two back surgeries and was using a wheelchair. “I'm not a big fan of exercise. I was also hesitant to have a male coach being a female myself. Michael has made me feel comfortable, given me practical steps to accomplish my goals, and has been very encouraging throughout my health journey. I've lost 15 pounds under his coaching, and continue to gain strength and move in ways I haven't been able to move before. Michael is careful in how he pushes me and is insistent on proper stretching to ensure the muscles don't get injured. Michael's personal and professional experience/knowledge with weight lifting and exercise are revealed during each coaching session. He explains why he might be having me stretch a certain way and what muscles are working together to create certain movements. He has given me nutrition advice and meal suggestions as well. He also checks in with me during the week to see how I am doing. I couldn't ask for anything more. I would highly recommend him as a coach for anyone's health and fitness goals.”

I've had multiple trainers and Michael has been the BEST personal trainer I've had.
From day 1 he gave me an amazing training experience and made me feel comfortable, while pushing me to my limits.
He is extremely knowledgeable and patient.
I've been training with him for a year now and he has gotten me incredible results, where other trainers have failed. Not only did he focus on my fitness but also my nutrition, flexibility, and mobility. Michael is always a text away from answering any questions or concerns I may have.
