I love how the overall vibe of this gym just gets me really pumped up and just makes me want to hit some PRs, love how the music is lound so you can train really hard without really bothering anyone cuz people won't hear you when going to absolute failure when working out, I also love how the lights aren't too bright. Wide variety of machines and free weights, and really love that they got iron plates instead of rubber to get you even more hyped up l. Better then any other gyms I've been to.

Aside from the sometimes loud and deafening music and no soap in the men's restroom, This is a great gym. Best in delano in my opinion 👍

Whoever is in charge of the music here has no taste at all. 99% of the people that go here do not like heavy metal. Not only they but the music is so loud that you can hear it even with your headphones. Also overpriced. Monthly is $50.

I love this gym because it takes me back to gyms in the 80's that u went in to get ur workout and left right after. No socializing for the most part just hitting iron and sweating to ur hearts content!

Had a great workout my first time in there was today they have a huge availability to heavy weights as well as equipment i usually go to athletix but for some reason they close from 1230 to 230 which was a hugr inconvenience for me considering the fact that i pay 35 dollara a month there and drive all thr way from Wasco to workout. Grand slam was badass 5 bucks for the day pass and i got a great workout in.

This place gives you the vibe of not messing around and getting your work in! I love it! Lots of free weights! Alot of machines for everything! They even have deadlift platforms!! Definitely worth the money!!
