Founded by Canyon Twer, Granite Bay Strength & Conditioning was built out of Canyon's passion to create a haven for all fitness enthusiasts, regardless of their interests or goals. Whether you're an athlete striving to exceed your sport-specific objectives or someone simply looking to elevate their fitness journey, we've got you covered.

Our primary focus is to provide goal-oriented individuals with access to a comprehensive training program, paired with top-tier fitness equipment. We believe that reaching your fitness peak should be both effective and enjoyable. Hi, my name is Katie D. I am jiu jitsu practitioner and coach. I have been training at Granite Bay strength and conditioning with Canyon for a little over a year now. When I first joined granite bay, strength and conditioning, I suffered from hip pain. With in a week of his first assessment I immediately began to have less and less hip pain. I can proudly say I no longer have any hip pain. Canyon has helped me reach goals I didn’t think we’re possible. Im stronger, faster and have more mobility. Granite Bay Strength & Conditioning is the nicest gym I've ever used, and Canyon is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. I've worked with countless coaches & trainers, but Canyon is by far the most detail oriented and focuses on what will provide the best results based on my body type, mobility, training status, and what your goals are.

I've delt with chronic back injuries and mobility issues since my early twenties, all of which have drastically improved in less than six months of training with Canyon. Canyon has prescribed game changing mobility & stretching routines, along with unique strength exercises that protect my back while strengthening my entire body.

The gym itself is clean, bright, and highly functional. Everyone that I come across here, or join a HIIT class with, is friendly and fun. I cannot recommend Granite Bay Strength & Conditioning enough, come check it out!

I’ve known Canyon for a number of years. He really cares about helping people meet their fitness goals. Canyon’s professionalism knowledge and compassion for unique situations exceeds expectations for someone in this industry. Over the years I’ve suffered a few hard battles with my health. I am a proud member of Granite Bay Strength & Conditioning. Before I became a member, I was frustrated and struggling with my weight. I have been working out for 15 years. I was following my macros and working out 5 days a week and steadily gaining weight. What was working for me in the past, was not working now.

My friend suggested I contact Canyon. Canyon met with me and evaluated my workout programs and diet. He sat down with me and explained that I was really stressing my body. He customized a workout program to meet my goals; which included attending two HIIT sessions a week, strength training, and Core & Mobility classes.

These HIIT sessions are game changers! THEY ARE CHALLENGING, and really test your physicality and mental capacity. Just when you think you have hit your limit, Canyon is right there encouraging you!

I love working out at GBSC because of the cameratory. There's no judgment!! You get so much support and encouragement from your teammates.

Since I've been a member at GBSC, I have seen great results not only in weight loss, but I've increased my stamina and feel so much stronger.

He is great at designing workouts customized to you and your goals. Canyon is always changing the workouts up so you don’t get bored doing the same things day after day.
