About the Club

We utilize a combination of Pilates equipment including reformers, exo-chair, spring board, spine correctors and more. Classes are small and some props include: wooden ballet barre, balls, magic circle, bands, hand weights and more. Build strength and balance in the body and increase flexibility in a fun, warm, safe environment. With over 20 years of experience in both Pilates and Massage.

I had never tried Pilates before so i felt a little nervous, but i came and it was so fun and felt so good in my body. Perfect balance of strength and relaxation. I did both the pilates mat and barre clases and reformar clases. I enjoyed both so much and Michele made me feel welcomed, relaxed and I understand my body better and the principles of Pilates. I am now obsessed with Pilates and I love this studio, its my favorite studio to come to during the week. Highly reccomend!

I’m construction worker who usually sticks to the gym, and in pretty good shape. With a little convincing from my fiance I decided to give a beginner’s Pilates class a try—and man, I’m glad I did. Michelle was awesome—super patient and made the class easy to follow, even for a guy like me who doesn't bend very well. The workout hit muscles I didn’t even know I had! Two days later, I got a one-hour massage that just topped it all off. I felt relaxed, loose, and ready to get back to work. Highly recommend both!

Michele is a real professional. Her understanding and knowledge of the body is very impressive. I have been seeing Michele for over five years and within that time I regretfully took a break to do more rigorous exercise and injured myself. I came right back to Michelle only to be nursed back to heath. She worked directly with my physical therapy to help my whole body heal. Her expertise is top notch and her classes are fun and enjoyable. I cannot recommend her enough.

Michele is the best! A very sweet and knowledgeable instructor who instructed and gently corrected me over the years and helped me change my life with Pilates and body work! I have had many injuries in my life and she has always been willing and able to give me alternative options for exercises I had a hard time with.
