I’ve been seeing Nichol for 4 months and the transformation has been amazing! I suffer from chronic hip and back pain and she has brought me back to life - I never expected to get to the place of mobility I am at now thanks to her. She is gentle and compassionate and my classes are always a joy.

I took my first pilates class a few weeks ago at Grateful Body Pilates. I was a bit apprehensive, yet Nichol messaged with me to ensure I signed up for a class that was appropriate for a beginner. Nichol seriously has the most calming and encouraging energy ever. I actually feel capable of doing the exercises due to her instruction, and she always helps when I get confused or my posture is wrong. Plus, I can feel my body strengthening already! I have neck pain from a car accident and wrist pain from being an artist, and the sessions here have helped tremendously with relieving my neck pain and strengthening my drawing hand. I actually enjoy working out now!

Nichol has so much knowledge about the body, while also being innovative in her teaching techniques, catering to her clients’ personal needs. I’ve done many private Pilates sessions with Nichol and she really helped me stay injury free while I was training to become a professional ballerina. Nichol is such an inspiration and she is the reason that I am currently pursuing a Pilates certification. I hope that one day I can become half the teacher that Nichol is. On top of all of this, she is one of the coolest, most creative, and genuine people there is. Just getting to spend time with her is special, let alone getting to experience her incredible classes. Been experiencing serious shoulder pain on and off for years and I finally had enough. Seriously the pain prevents me from getting decent sleep. I heard through the grapevine Nicole was good and most likely Pilates was the solution.

Just had my first session yesterday and I feel a significant difference in my pain level.

The studio is warm and welcoming. My time flew by and I’m looking forward to my next session.
