This has been my gym for years, good place to work out and decompress. Sam and the staff are great The place definitely has an old school vibe to it, nothing fancy smancy; just good old iron plates and Nautilus machines to get my swole on. (no lunk alarms here!).

The moment I walked into this gym I felt at home. We bought a home here a year ago and needed a local spot to workout. This was a perfect fit for me. Sam and all of the patriants are so friendly. It has that old school barber shop feel with great music and good conversation. The price is also very reasonable. It's not fancy, but it's got everything we need and right here in downtown Santa Paula. Come to find out it's been the locals spot for decades. Come check Sam out you won't be disappointed.
