I’ve been comfortable in the gym for years, but over time I found myself just doing the same workouts over and over again with no real plan and it’s felt like no real results. I’ve tried one off programs I see on social media but they can be a real hit or miss, I end up falling off after a week or 2 of giving them a try.

With a busy work schedule and random aches and pains popping up, working with Sydney has made such a big difference.

She’s super thoughtful in her approach, makes the workouts fun, and really knows how to build a program that helps me in the real world - hiking, playing soccer or bringing in the groceries in one trip 🤣

She’s helped me stay consistent, feel better, and actually enjoy training again.

Highly recommend Sydney if you’re a former athlete trying to get back into it, a busy parent, or someone who’s been hesitant to work out because of an injury that’s been haunting you for years.

Her gym space is private, clean and has all the equipment you will ever need.

Sydney is incredible, what else could you say. After her and I discussed my goals and some of my areas where I needed extra attention to build strength, Sydney put together a really great program just for me. As someone who had a lot of shoulder pain while working out before, she gave me a bunch of tools to build shoulder strength and flexibility and I haven’t had any shoulder pain lifting since then. Not to mention she just fun, training with her is always such a blast!

Sydney is amazing and so smart! She built me a plan to fit my custom needs. I play a lot of sand volleyball, hike, and trail run in these warmer months and she designed me a program to build my general strength and focus on these specific sports at the same time. It is the perfect amount of challenging where I am pushing my body, but not overdoing it. Anyways, she is such a smart trainer I highly recommend her for reaching your fitness and health goals!
