You will not find a better trainer than Greg. First, he is extremely nice, laid back, knowledgable about training and not bad to look at during your session. Second, he is very honest, which for Hollywood is refreshing and he is funny.

Greg is focused on helping his clients feel good about working out, which for me, drives me to return. Since living in West Hollywood requires that you go to the gym on a regular basis, Greg is the best trainer I have found. He pays attention during your sessions, pushes your advancement and he hands down trains at the best private gym in town.

I have had one-on-one training, but have joined his group training sessions recently. I usually stay away from group training because there can be so much attitude in WeHo Gyms. Not with Greg. His easy going attitude makes the entire group feel at ease and where he trains is clean, has great equipment and doesn't get crowded so you don't have to wait for a machine.

Even if you think you can't afford a trainer, I am telling you, get a training sessions with Greg. His pricing is very reasonable, particularly if you join a group session. Perhaps you can't see him frequently, but he will definitely help you focus on your fitness and health.

I've been training with Greg for almost a year now, and I am very happy I found him. My previous trainer (who I was very happy with) moved out of state and I was apprehensive about starting over with someone new. Greg and I settled in pretty quickly however, and I'm really happy with him. He makes the sessions fun and challenging. He keeps my physical condition (age, recurring neck pain and previous injuries) in mind when going through my workout, gives me hints on exercises I should do on my own, and makes suggestions on diet. He also gives me "talks" to motivate me to do more (not an easy thing to do for this lazy ass) and encourages me when I do well with positive feedback. He never gives up. I can honestly say that I see positive results with Greg, and I look forward to training with him several times a week.

I train with him at my place and at the Century Spa, and I always get a great workout in either setting. He's very flexible regarding scheduling sessions, and isn't a flake like so many trainers seem to be. He has a very relaxed yet focused approach, and cares about his clients' well-being, which I appreciate. I look forward to many more sessions with Greg and to achieving my goals with him. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a fun, reliable, focused, dedicated trainer.

Greg makes workouts enjoyable. He connects to his clients on a personal level, so it feels like you are working out with a very knowledgable and fit friend.

Greg is an excellent trainer. He is knowledgeable, inspiring and fun to be around. He makes training something I actually look forward to (and I used to dread it). I’ve been training with him consistently for almost two years now and I am extremely pleased with the results. I am happy to recommend him without hesitation.

Greg is a great motivator and trainer. He's always fixing and adjusting my form, which you'd expect from a good trainer.

I've also had trainers in other gyms such as 24 hour fitness. However, they are just fulfilling a transaction whereas with Greg you really do get week over week goal tracking with him and someone who will really keep you accountable (even outside of the gym)

He also provides great feedback on the mental side so that you can make your workouts habitual and not rely on will power. It has transformed my daily routine and makes working out automatic vs being a chore.

He's also really flexible with scheduling which is really important when you need to reschedule things for unforeseen circumstances.

I highly recommend Greg whether your goal is muscle building, weight loss, strength training, getting lean, etc.

Greg has been my personal trainer for the last 18 months. I appreciate that he tailors his approach to the specific goals of his clients. I train for muscular development and my friend who also trains with Greg is training for weight loss. He uses different approaches for both of us.

In my case, I'm already quite muscular so he pushes me really hard which is exactly what I'm looking for. He also fits in core training and stretching into our sessions, both of which are weaknesses of mine.

Greg is also personable and very funny. I've never worked out before with such an entertaining person. And he obviously practices what he preaches as he himself has a muscular body and six-pack.

I've worked with several trainers over the years and have to say Greg is the absolute best! He’s the only one I’ve worked with that I can contact and ask advice on diet tips or a specific exercise even when we are not working out that day. He's easy to work with, always on time and his rates are reasonable. What I like most is that he challenges you to work harder and is really invested in helping you achieve your goals. I highly recommend Greg as a personal trainer for both people who are new to working out or for someone who is looking for a new routine.

If you’re on a budget, I recommend Greg's small group class. It's always the perfect size. Greg has the ability to set up a challenging circuit for everyone to do at their own strength and pace. While he trains the group as a whole he will step in and go one on one with each individual adjusting your movements so that you're form is correct and you get the most out of each exercise. Be sure to book ahead of time so that you reserve your spot.
