Jake is AMAZING and his 10-station full body workout was fire! We were in town visiting for the weekend and booked a class through classpass. Jake took the time to walk us through each station and tailored it to our individual fitness levels to ensure we didn’t injure ourselves, but still got a great workout. The workout was definitely hard but we pushed through because Jake was so encouraging and we wanted to make him proud hahaha. The other people in the gym (who were way more advanced than we were) were also super friendly — the whole vibe was super welcoming all around. I’d strongly recommend checking out a class. We only wish we had a GRND Fitness where we live!!!

Came here on a Thursday morning and took Jake’s class. Loved the layout and its class structure. If I wasn’t only visiting and lived here I’d definitely come back and become a regular. Had an effective workout and burned 323 calories according to my Whoop. Thanks Jake!

Perfect fit! 45 minutes in and out every time. Easy for starting out slow and also easy to modify and push as hard as you need. All the class times seem to have availability. Great variety, always finding new muscles to make sore :)

If you’re looking for a fast, effective, and motivating workout, GRND Fitness in Anaheim is where it’s at. Jake, the owner, does an exceptional job at running the studio. He’s incredibly knowledgeable—not just about fitness, but about overall health. He’s constantly helping correct form, offering valuable tips, and even giving practical nutritional advice that actually makes a difference.
The structure of the class is one of the best I’ve experienced. It’s 30 minutes total, but every second is used efficiently. You rotate through 10 stations, each with a 3-minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible), and once you’re done—you’re done. There’s no backtracking, no repeating rounds, and no wasted time. It’s a demanding workout, but the kind that pushes you to your limits while keeping you fully engaged.
GRND Fitness nails the three pillars of a great workout: efficient, demanding, and engaging. The programming style is hands-down the best I’ve seen at any studio I’ve been to. Highly recommend for anyone who wants results without spending hours in the gym.

Love this gym! Every time I go I'm challenged to push my limits and the results follow quickly...These workouts will push you harder than a typical gym experience, even if you have gym experience. Best gym in the neighborhood to achieve your fitness goals. I've been a member here 5 months and have loved the workouts. 30min. You get in, you get out, you burn calories. Best feature of the gym is the trainers, Jake and John. Jake creates tough but enjoyable workouts daily. Both are great at guiding and cheering you through them. Finally both are great at goal-setting and reminding you to maintain "the grind." Highly recommend. 5/5 stars
