I lost like 300 lbs and gained 8 new abs.
Seriously though, it has everything I need. I did end up losing 100lbs thanks in part to this place being so close to work. At only $3 a week, this deal and convenience is too good to pass up.
The people here are fun to work out with too, and there are weekly challenges that help motivate me to push myself and compete with others in a friendly way.
Everything is well maintained, and the gym attendants are really chill and encouraging too. I would 100% recommend if you work at the company.
