Amazing class! Elena is a highly skilled and attentive instructor. She focused on proper form, posture, and movement technique throughout. I love adult rhythmic gymnastics classes here. I have been going for couple months now and I see huge results. I have abs now, I am toned everywhere. It is fun. We are also learning how to do splits and bridges. Elena really cares to make sure you do it right. Very personal approach, rare to find a studio like this. I’ve been to different places all over United States and usually they don’t care whether you do it right or wrong. Lesson starts and then it ends. Here they do and if you stay consistent you can achieve great results. And it feels good to look in the mirror.

We absolutely love Gymnastika Studio! My daughter attends classes here, and I also participate in the adult sessions. The teaching approach is excellent, with a very thoughtful and effective way of delivering the lessons. The results are noticeable and come quickly, especially for my child. My 7 year old daughter has been taking the stretching, strengthening and acrobatics class twice a week - it’s been only 1 month now, the difference in her flexibility is extraordinary. Galyna is a powerful instructor that demands excellence relying on the child’s current level and working gently yet sternly to achieve results. In addition, there are 2 additional instructors working closely with the kids - the level of attentiveness to each child is amazing. The big plus for me is that my kid LOVES the class even though she’s gets quite soar after! Best find in town.

I was referred to Galyna from a gym I was previously taking online classes with to try some in-person training, and I’m so happy I connected with her! I started rhythmic gymnastics at a much (much, much) older age than is usual but Galyna has treated me with respect and taken me seriously. She’s very good at pushing you to do your best while also being supportive, respecting your limits, and keeping things fun. If you are worried it is “too late” for you to start rhythmic, and you have a genuine desire to learn and put in hard work, I highly recommend contacting Gymnastika and either trying the adult classes or try a private lesson with Galyna or one of the other coaches.

She is disciplined and helps build discipline in my boys. She is constantly teaching the boys world knowledge of what it takes to success in life during their practice. She is much more than just a gymnastics coach.

Highly recommended!!! My daughter started going to Gymnastika classes less than a year ago, and I can’t wish for a better gymnastics program for her. Galina is an amazing teacher and a great professional! She makes classes fun, yet our kids learn so much! It’s a 45 minute small group lesson with two teaches involved (private classes are also available ). Every child gets enough attention! Our kids participate in gymnastics shows organized by Galina, where parents are invited to see our kids’ achievements. Right now they are learning a super cute Halloween dance. Can’t wait to see it!
