I cannot praise this gym enough. The quality attention these kiddos get by Coach Damien, Coach Serenity and the rest of the staff is just phenomenal. Inclusive is definitely the name of the game here. Thank you everyone for making fun FUN again!

Our family loves gym stars! We have been members at gym stars for almost 6 years. My kids have done everything from dance, gymnastics, to their newest conditioning class. We are grateful for their presence in our community. The staff is always friendly and greets our family with a smile. Thank you, gymstars!

Excellent coaches, numerous programs for toddlers, kids and teens, a great place to host birthday parties and for Friday Kids Play Night (affordable parents night out!). This review based on 4 years of enrollment for 2 kids in gymnastics, karate, acro and hip-hop (and occasional tumbling class)

My daughters have been apart of the gymnastics class and cheer. They found both of these classes fun as they were taught by young adults who were kind and patient.

Horrible experience with rude prissy stuck up front desk staff and the one instructor that attempted to "help" with questions and concerns yet had just as bad of an attitude as the other staff members

Unfortunately, we decided to part ways with gymstars. When my daughters first started one of them had an instructor who was constantly on her phone. She seemed to have gotten fired. She then. Although we learned to love most instructors after they still seemed to gossip and chat to each other more than watch the kids. I don't want to pay for my child just to run around but to actually learn proper technique. The final straw for us was Miss Leilani and how rude she was. We took her hip hop course and that was the last of it for us. Miss Felicia is also seen to have great attitude and spirits but she did sub my kids class a few times and does not know how to talk and work with children. Lastly, when the annual membership started up again I was charged with no notice. I don't mind paying and I understand but would have appreciated knowing about it before they just charged my card. They also didn't want to give my child a trophy for her year mark but were giving it to her friend that started the same time as she did. Overall, they can do better.

My son has been a member since he was a baby less than a year old and is now 10 turning 11. Heβs done gymnastics, superheroes, karate, day camps, Kidβs Play Nights, had multiple birthday parties and even did distance learning camps during COVID. Itβs been a place to get his energy out and we are grateful for this place.

We love gym stars! Both our girls went to the daycare and had a great time. All of the teachers were very nice and good with the kids. Rhonda was always very helpful and knowledgeable and they all did everything they could to make our experience there both easier and better. We also took gymnastics lessons and the girls loved them. Highly recommend

I am a teacher here at Gymstars Elite Learning Academy and my daughter also goes to school there. This will be her second year. We LOVE this school! My daughter never wants to go home. We are clean, brand new, bright and colorful and we use Abeka curriculum. We have an outside area but also, on rainy days or days that are too hot the kiddos get to use the big gym area to still get to play and get wiggles out. My daughter has learned so much just from being here since last November. We are very happy!

Sanitation and attentive issues;
I'm giving it to stars because originally it started off pretty well my daughter was in red stars for beginners and her first instructor was really attentive and engaged with the children, but soon after the instructors would change two to three more times before settling on a young girl didn't seem to have much interest in teaching, spent most of her time on her phone didn't help improve kids skills kind of just let them do what they wanted with Little Instruction in the area she tells them to be in with no demonstration, while she goes back on her phone. Final straw was this program has multiples other programs which is nice but they share the same floor sometimes and I just could not get over at the sanitary issue of having outdoor shoes on the main floor mat where children put their hands and their faces... it really only takes a few seconds to remove shoes.

Signed up my toddler for their gymnastics class for Saturday in the morning and the βteacherβ just literally sat on her phone and did nothing the whole time and the kids were running around. There was no Lesson plan and even a lot of the parents complained.

The staff is friendly, but the floor was overcrowded and some kids were stuck in a corner with hardly any room. The smell is a little overwhelming, they do have decent restrooms and provide a good water bottle filler & fountain.

The front desk staff are very disrespectful and rude. My son has been going their the past three months and every experience I have had with the front desk staff was unpleasant. I initially signed him up online and it said that on night of first class they would receive a membership packet and T-shirt. My son did not receive anything until week 3 and would have not received anything if I had not asked the front desk staff for it. This naturally upset me especially when I found out all the other kids in his class had received their stuff. When you sign up for gymstars you pay an initial membership fee and then a monthly fee for whatever class you decide. So the program is ran on a month to month basis. I signed him up in the middle of month so my sons tuition was pro rated. I wasnβt sure if he would like it after just his first two class so I put in 30 day notice just in case. When I saw how much he enjoyed his class and how much he loved his teacher Phoebe I decided to sign him up for another month. The front desk lady were hella rude and were like are you staying or going. They are lucky my son was with me or I would of went bad. You would think they would be happy for the business and that I decided to enroll my son in another class but instead they were very disrespectful. Only reason why my son still goes here is because he loves it so much and he loves his teacher; other than that I have nothing good to say about gymstars. This will definitely be his last month.

I would say this place is decent enough. Very strong foot odor but for the amount of bare foot traffic this should be expected. Lots of different classes offered karate, ballet, gymnastics, cheer, different dance classes as well. They really need to work on cleanliness. The teachers are ok some better than others. This is the perfect place to test out if your kid likes a particular class and go from there.

Paid $400 for a 2 HOUR PARTY and was being rushed out of the facility being told my daughter couldnβt open her gifts ! All because they were having a βstaff Xmas partyβ. Also donβt like the fact that I had to wait until an hour into my party to decorate the party room it made me feel so unprepared!

I like this gym for my kids. I definitely love how great, amazing and patient sensei Asa is at giving karate classes with all his students. If it wasn't for him, my especial ed child would not be able to attend karate classes. Trust me, it's worth driving from the town over. The only thing that I would complain is that the snack vending machine has been out of order for two weeks.

Really disapointed . Here's a complaint I sent them without a reply from them.
"Dear Ms/Sir,
Today when coming to pick up my kids from camp I sat down at the door a witnessed how my daughter was sobbing and asking for her lunch at the table for 10 minutes. I said nothing to see how long it would take for the lady supposed to supervise her to check her out. During ten minutes my daughter was intermittently looking around saying "My lunch my lunch" and the supervisor did neither helped her or asked her where was her lunch. When I went to ask the lady where was my daughter's lunch bag she could not tell me a then asked me to go check out a locker at the opposite side of the building. My question is simple, how can this happen? How can a kid ask for lunch and the supervisor sitting 3 feet away ignore her (she's 3 years old)? Thanks for letting me know how you are planning to address the problem and how to get a refund. Best regards"

Been there for a couple of years now very satisfied. My son has developed upper body strength. Only negative is the price per month if rates continue to rise vs same skills and or course being taught then i may leave for something else less expensive
