I've been training with Hannah for a few years, and the progress I've made in strength and overall fitness has been great. I've gotten stronger, more confident, and have way more energy than when I started. I appreciate her ability to push me just the right amount. Every session is well thought out and fun! and I leave feeling stronger and more motivated. If you're looking for a trainer who is professional, supportive, and truly knows their stuff, I can't recommend Hannah enough.

I debated getting a trainer, but look no further than Hannah! She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely listens to your goals and what you need. I have gotten so much stronger since working with her and doing her workout plans.

When I’m not with her I am able to go into the gym by myself feeling confident about my routine as she gives multiple full workouts that I can easily follow.

Before working with her, I was jaded by the gym; however, now I actually enjoy going to the gym, and it’s thanks to her!

I can’t recommend Hannah enough! From day one, she took the time to understand my goals to create a completely personalized program. She is one of the kindest person I have ever met. I look forward to training with Hannah every week. And did I mention she is gorgeous!!!!! She is gorgeous in and out and she understands her craft.
If you want a trainer who will take time to understand your goals and truly cares about your success, Hannah is the one. Worth every penny-10/10! I have notes :)

Hannah is the best!

If you are on the fence with spending the money on a personal trainer (like I was) do it! It is completely worth it with Hannah. She is a phenomenal trainer - intentional and thoughtful about your routine, tailored to your needs. She’s been the perfect balance of pushing me to achieve more, while being positive and encouraging. She is great at checking in and making sure you are supported and takes the time to understand your personal goals.

Our sessions are fun and I leave feeling accomplished. I’ve experienced so much growth and progress on my fitness goals in the four months I’ve worked with her. Highly recommend sessions with Hannah!

I've been working with Hannah for about a year now and truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her!!

I have worked with personal trainers before, but even then I don't know that I've ever had someone work with me on such a personal, one on one level to figure out ways to make lifestyle changes and integrate exercise into my life in a realistic way.

Aside from the fact that she is just lovely as a person, Hannah has a very supportive, body positive approach to training that has genuinely reframed my overall attitude about fitness. The benefits of strength training have become apparent in basically every aspect of my life. I feel stronger, happier, and healthier than ever!

This is my first time working out with a personal trainer, and it's been great! Hannah has such a calming presence, yet she's incredibly energetic, which motivates me to give it my all. I decided to try a personal trainer after some disappointing and expensive physical therapy for my back and joint pain. When I first started with her, I just wanted to build a solid foundation so I could work out on my own safely. Not only has Hannah helped me achieve that, but she's also shown me how enjoyable training can be. She's very attentive to my back issues and offers helpful modifications or posture adjustments. She's great at motivating me to push myself a little further each session. After just a few sessions, I recommended her to my husband, and now we have couples sessions with her weekly. I wish I could afford to have her as my personal trainer 24/7!

She's really thoughtful about the routines and exercises based on what is best for my body, and I've noticed considerable (and positive!) changes in only a few months. I cannot recommend Hannah enough! She is LITERALLY a life-changer! Before working with her, I had never stepped foot in a gym before. I was super nervous and had absolutely no idea what to do or how to use any of the equipment. Hannah taught me how to do it all with perfect form and in complete alignment with my goals. She's so incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and kind.

After almost a year together, Hannah has encouraged me to keep up with training on my own, and now I can't believe I'm lifting heavy weights 3-4 times a week (and loving it!). I'm more confident than ever, feel strong in my body for the first time, and am so excited to keep up my fitness journey. None of that would've been possible for me without Hannah! <3

Hannah is amazing and I highly recommend working with her!

Under Hannah’s excellent care, I went from not having picked up a weight in a very long time, to deadlifting 100+ lbs.

Hannah will meet you where you are at and build the right strength training plan for you. She truly listens to your needs and will challenge you but in a very manageable way. I find myself getting exciting to add more weight or do an extra rep.

I look forward to our sessions and always feel refreshed afterward. I'm excited to see what I can accomplish with Hannah over the next year!

I absolutely love training with Hannah. In fact, I may never stop. I found Hannah by searching a ton of online reviews, and she has not disappointed. Our workouts are obviously killer, but aside from that, she gives me the power to feel confident going to the gym alone. Most trainers want to keep you attached to them to make a profit, but Hannah sets me up for success on my own terms. She is always available for support outside of our sessions as well. I don't know if it is even possible to have a better workout/training experience than I did with Hannah over the past 6 weeks. I hadn't really worked out in a couple of years due to having a baby- and would injure myself pretty easily when I tried. I was very nervous but Hannah is so much fun she quickly helped me feel at ease. She took the time to listen to my goals and concerns to develop a plan. She created a routine while helping me build strength and refine my technique so I could continue on my own without injury. I learned so much! Her humor and genuine positivity made every session such a blast- crazy considering it was exercise!
