I've been going to sessions with Stacia 2-3 times per week for the last year and I think she is a phenomenal trainer.

She is very knowledgeable about muscular anatomy, from how the various muscle groups work together under strain to how the muscles respond to dietary elements like sodium. She creates dynamic exercise sets that are different each week, and takes my work situation and personal needs into account as she designs the sets. She works well with me to tune the difficulty of the exercises to my level and continually progresses the difficulty as I grow stronger; I have watched her do the same with her other clients too. She promotes healthy eating and functional wellness, encouraging her clients to continue looking after themselves outside of the gym. Stacia is continually learning and seeking new information, and she shares the insights she gleans along the way.

Gym sessions always have a flowing and cheerful conversation while still remaining focused on the exercises. There are usually up to 3 people in a session, meaning Stacia is able to focus on you while keeping things lively. She keeps a constant eye out for form and posture, correcting bad posture and explaining why the posture should be done a certain way. She pushes us hard, yet also gives us space to breathe if we've pushed a bit too hard.

I have seen a significant amount of progress in my health, wellbeing, and physique since I started here. I have greatly appreciated Stacia's focus and energy. I highly recommend signing up for training with Stacia.

Stacia really put my fitness journey on the right track when I started 3 months ago. I was 9 months post partum when I started and I had already tried getting back into working out on my own, which I ended up injuring myself. Stacia forced me to take it slow to make sure I was able to build up my strength before getting back into the things I enjoyed like running and swimming. At the time, I was having trouble even carrying my son to the car, now I can carry him with one hand, all of the toddler things, and hold on to the dog leash without fear of injuring myself because I know I'm strong enough.
Stacia is real with you - and that personality isnt for everyone. So if you want someone who is going to sugar coat things, give you a "lose weight quick" plan, and have you doing an hour of cardio, then this isnt the place for you. This is the place where you will need to be patient with yourself and trust the process, because the outcome may not be what you had in mind when you start (like losing 50 lbs) but you'll come out with much more (like strength, the skills to work out on your own, fat loss & muscle build, and proper nutrition).

I can't say enough good things about Stacia at Hardbody Fitness! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. I came to hard body after trying a CrossFit type gym for a year that left me so beyond exhausted I literally couldn’t function the rest of the day. I would think after a full year my body would get use to it and it was just to intense for me personally.. I found hard body and Stacia was amazing and worked with my schedule I see her twice a week and the workouts are definitely NOT easy! The difference is that she checks my heart rate often and when it’s high I get a chance to bring it back down before starting the next exercise which my body took way better liking to. She is very thorough in stretching me out at the end of the session too almost like a mini muscle message which did wonders for my bones and muscles. And if you are a dog lover like I am.. she has the sweetest pug who comes around during cool down and stretches with ya .. I highly recommend hard body.

I called to inquire about Hard Body's services and spoke with Stacia. I was looking into a personal trainer for myself, my wife, and daughter. Before I could explain what we were looking to accomplish I was 'educated' on how everyone else operates wrong and told that if I was looking for a "quick session where someone works you hard then sends you home" this was not the place for us. Stacia then asked about our budget, and I explained I have seen a wide range of prices and wanted to know what her rates were. She continued to berate other gyms and 'explain' to me how they work and that if that wasn't in my budget, hers was not the gym for me. This was before she even told me her pricing. I felt Stacia was very condescending and didn't seem too interested in taking on any new clients. I did eventually get the pricing out of her, which was going to be a minimum of $2300 per month for the three of us with a mandatory 3 sessions a week. They do not offer package deals. I think we'll find another gym. We're not good enough for Stacia, just ask her.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Hard Body Personal Training! I started working out with Danielle 2x a week because I got really sedentary over the last 2 years (surprise!!) and started getting chronic hip and back pain in my 30’s. Within weeks I had already decreased my body fat + measurements, and my pain completely went away. I love the small group setting here - it still feels so personal and I love that Danielle remembers all my body quirks and creates custom workouts for my exact needs. I never feel self-conscious and the environment is very supportive and down to earth. I absolutely recommend working out here!

I was looking for a trainer for my teenage daughter to work out, with staying home for months because of the Corona virus, she was feeling really down. I messaged Hard Body and very shortly Danielle replied and my daughter has been working out for a couple of months and is loving it. Danielle is so caring and motivating, she has helped my daughter with her eating, exercising and self confidence. She is so accommodating and goes above and beyond. My daughter is so comfortable with her and likes her style of training. Her prices are so reasonable and she gives a really good workout. I highly recommend her.

Stacia is the best. She's super knowledgeable, and really understands what YOUR body needs. Then sets up sessions that will deliver the best results for you while also keeping in mind any budget restrictions you may have. I have an old injury which has led to a now fused ankle joint. This review is long overdue.

I have been fortunate enough to have Stacia as a friend and trainer for 7 years. During that span, Stacia has provided inspiration, wisdom, and support that saw me through a heart attack and my bipolar disorder at its worst.
The approach of Stacia and her staff encourages participants to enhance their overall fitness by providing a facility for strength and flexibility training while also providing nutrition and cardio goals.
As a trainer, Stacia has never wrecked me in a session. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Always.
As for Stacia my friend, let me say that her voice and opinions have been instrumental in helping me achieve and surpass my personal fitness goals.

If you decide to make a change for the better, I assure you that the Hard Body staff will be able to assist you on your journey.

I've been training with Stacia for 7+ years. Because of Stacia I can move and be active. Being a breast cancer survivor with frozen shoulder syndrome it would be a chronic daily pain situation without her expertise and careful attention to the needs of the customer. I appreciate her more than anyone can ever imagine. I've had other trainers but the knowledge level required to handle the individual customer needs and limitations was not at the level that Stacia has.

Danielle was my coach at Hard Body and she completely opened up the door to functional fitness for me. I went in with very narrow expectations of what a workout should be, and within a few weeks I was doing stretches and lifts that I never would have imagined doing on my own - not because they were extremely difficult, but because I was never shown them and never saw anyone else do them. I learned so much about how different parts of the body correspond to one another that I'll never look at working out the same again. So, if you want to learn a lot and get a good workout in, you should give Hard Body a chance. You'll be healthier in the long run, plus, their gym is an inviting atmosphere. It doesn't matter your fitness level - you will be welcomed. The owner also has a super cute pug who greets you at the door, so that's a bonus.

The following is my oldest review probably 9 yrs. ago, and I keep going back to Stacia & HardBody Personal Training. " I have spent almost 3 yrs with Stacia, she is a fantastic trainer! She is always supportive and receptive to my fitness/health needs. If you want a Jillian Michael's up in your face yelling at you, Stacia is not the right trainer for you. She will push you when you need it and will praise you for your effort. She will give you the tools to succeed but you obviously have to LISTEN! She is flexible with appt times/days and can train you with other clients for a reduced fee. I have trained with Stacia throughout my pregnancy up until my 38th week and returned to training a month after I delivered. She was very attentive to my special needs during pregnancy, watching my HR and diet, etc. I work as a nurse and before I trained with Stacia I used to have horrible aching legs after my 12-hr shift, not to mention the back aches. After training, my legs and back are so much stronger and no longer ache like they used to. Not only have I gained strength and health but I've also gained a friend and a valuable resource!
Current day, all the above statements remain true. I stopped training for a while due to extreme financial hardships, but remain in contact with Stacia for ongoing advice and support. No matter what she's always there for you! You will never regret hiring her as a personal trainer.

Been training with Stacia since May of 2017. I have lost 30 lbs, gained strength, and my flexibility in the past 6 months. Stacia has a program that works well with those who are older and more prone to injuries. Compared to most trainers she will not just have to start lifting heavy weights. It's is a much slower process than what I was accustomed to but in the long run it was worth it. I highly recommend Stacia especially for those who have prior injuries or who are definitely out of shape.

Creating Little Miracles
In July of 2010, I married the man of my dreams and naturally wanted to take the next step and have children. We tried and suffered a miscarriage. My doctor informed me that my weight at the time was one cause to our infertility and my PCOS. I was distraught, I couldn't believe I let it get this bad--I thought I killed my dreams of becoming a mother. In January of 2011, I found Stacia. Slowly but surely, with her guidance and support I was able to lose the weight I needed, in fact I felt better than I ever had. With Stacia's help I was able to lose 50 pounds, 20 inches and start working with my infertility doctor. In April of 2013, I gave birth to a little miracle. In the end, we didn't even need the infertility treatments, we did it on our own--well on our own and with the help of Stacia. She definitely changed my life!

I returned to the gym when my little guy was under a year, and despite all those lovely cannot's and never will be able to's the doctors had told me....once again shortly after returning to the Hardbody with Stacia...I was shocked to find myself blessed to be pregnant again. Something about exercise with all the components aligned and relaxing. In October of 2014, our daughter was born, thanks to the work of my trainer.

Back at it in July of 2015, now it's all about being around for those babies long-term.
