I cannot thank Lani and all of her phenomenal teachers at the Haus of Embodiment enough. Janet is one of the amazing teachers at the Haus. She is so sweet and intuitive. Janet creates such a "safe space," helping me return to these sacred rooms and discover and reclaim lost parts of myself. All the teachers here are phenomenal: June, Junie, and Ginette, among others. Thank you.

I took my first belly dancing class with Marizol, and I really appreciate how welcoming, kind, and attentive she is to her students. She really takes the time to give clear instructions and corrections on each step, and she takes the time to demonstrate each step too. I really love that she promotes body positivity as well as a good mindset too! The two ladies I met in the class were so kind and welcoming as well, so I love the sense of community that was in my class!

The space is beautiful and the class I took was exactly what I was looking for and needed. I'd go back again if I lived here in California but will definitely try to take a class next time I'm in town.

I am so happy to be part of Haus of Embodiment because they not only received awards at the Pole Championship 2024 event but they also have amazing instructors ! Natalie has help me take my skills to the next level with pole spins and inversions. I have put the time to learn so many pole tricks and it's been a total investment !

I absolutely love Haus and the amazing, supportive women that run this studio. I started coming because I wanted to find a fun new way to work out - I absolutely got that - but I also discovered a much deeper aspect to the practice. Thank you for fostering such a welcoming community! Appreciate you!

Natalie was so welcoming and inviting! I also love that even though the class says "beginner" spin pole, all levels are welcome. This means that even though I have some familiarity with pole, I can comfortably be there, and, in the future, I can invite my friends who have less experience, but we can still be in class together and both be challenged. I also love the overall format. I like that it's more like play time than how at other studios you have to follow a choreographed routine of the day. It reminded me of the format of flow yoga - here are some ideas, some things to try, now spend some time practicing and do you. That format of instruction followed with practice over and over again was great! I got to work on a few things from my last class as well as the new stuff. And I got to take breaks when I needed them. Natalie made sure every person in class got individual attention. She smiled a lot and was warm and encouraging. I can't wait to go back!

Haus is so much more than a pole fitness studio. The journey classes are an amazing way to de-stress, learn how to love our bodies and explore sensuality, and express emotions through movement! The instructors at haus are really knowledgeable, caring, and intentional about making the space inclusive of everyone. There are also many classes to learn technical skills, meditate, and get a fun workout! I was a bit nervous at first to try it, but I am so glad I did!

This studio is thriving with bodies that want to move! Everyone can find a movement they enjoy. I was a long time "S" student, and felt at home in the studios and with these teachers. besides "journey" classes, there are other classes that happen here (fight fit, belly dance, all gender pole, and more). Everyone that chooses to go here and teach here are friendly and supportive.

Totally exceeded my expectations! Also really different than I imagined. I thought it would be kinda embarrassing but it wasnβt! Super welcoming, felt good being in your body and I highly recommend for a fun bachelorette or just taking time for yourself. Iβll definitely be back!

Natalie is an amazing pole dancing teacher. The classes are not oversized so it allows you more 1:1 with the teacher. The community of people there are so supportive and friendly. I felt right at home and signed up for a membership after just one class. Hooked!

Lani, Marissa, and Anne Bodhi create a tangeably supportive space space for a woman to take up space, breathe, express, expand her vocabulary of what it means to live in a female body, connect in sisterhood, and so much more. Words don't encompass the good magic these women generously cast through their teachings in this protected safe space. Sounds to good to be true? Try it. Experience this for yourself. I take pole closer to home (for just technical skills), but I happily drive here, an hour away, because this is Next Level female Embodiment. I feel re-enlivened each time I leave. I am so grateful. Thank you, Haus Goddesses. π Oh, and yeah, it's a great workout too.

Tried an intro class yesterday with a friend at the OC location and absolutely loved it! Ginette was our instructor and did a fantastic job. I loved having the dim red lights and no mirrors! I was able to let loose and felt rejuvenated when I left.

I don't think I've ever been to a studio quite like SFactor. This place is a second home to me, and has taught me so much about my body. I still remember the first time I timidly walked in and discovered this breathtaking place to work out. It's the best exercise I have ever found... I'm in the best shape of my life.
I get to be myself in there and have nothing but praise for all the women that work and teach there. Over the course of two years I have watched my spirit transform into something beautiful. Every woman should have the opportunity to find their erotic creature as I have.
