Great staff. New gym smell. Small classes with knowledgeable trainers guiding your footwork, movement and you get that 1-on-1 without paying the private class. WIN, WIN! Overall you get more than what you pay for and the family ran business is very dedicated to us, the client.

This gym is by far the best in Eagle Rock. They also have the coolest 11 year-old there I recommend you check this place out.
