Our By the Bay club is conveniently located on First Street in Old Town Eureka. Here we offer a variety of exercise classes and Personal Training. All members have access to Yoga, Pilates Mat, & Conditioning classes. Through HSPFit Team Training members enjoy unlimited TRX & HIIT sessions. Unlimited Pilates Reformer classes are also available for HS Pilates subscribers. We are the only HealthSPORT location that offers towel service, making it ideal for your lunch hour workout. We are a Silver Sneakers facility! Additionally, HealthSPORT By the Bay is the ONLY North Coast club with HOTWORX: 30-minute workout classes performed in an infrared sauna.

The people who work their make it a personal experience and a safe place for all to pursue Health and Fitness. The community of members is great too!

Shouldn’t be a HealthSport - it’s nothing like the others. It’s additional cost for classes (?) and the hours are insane… it rarely is opened and for anyone who works, it’s impossible to make.
Really wish they would try to make this gym accessible because it could be a gem! Great location and cool setup. Maybe a change of ownership is needed? Someone would dominate the area with such a gym!

Great equipment, love the stylish interior and towel service . I don't understand how they think charging extra for the infra red sauna yoga (plus being required to buy their mats and towels) will result in people using it ... the door doesn't have a seal so 1 of the 2 maximum OCC people will not be hot enough (I barely sweat in there during our intro freebie even though the thermostat indicated about 122 degrees) and they use a video for the session rather than a person. If it was part of the membership fee, we'd use it. Maybe if it added $5/mo. At $25/mo plus we're not allowed to use our gear we have for Normal Hot Yoga ... no go
